I left my room and went to my dad's room, I knocked twice before my dad's deep voice asked me to come in and I went in
"why do you want to see me?"I asked
"it's because of the issue your mum and I discussed with you last night we want to know if you have taken a decision"he said
"father I would rather wait for my beloved than getting married to that whore, Josephine isn't someone that can lead this kingdom so allow me to wait for my beloved"I said with all finality
"Arthur to have the throne and to rule this kingdom you need someone to rule beside you and since you haven't found your mate after centuries of waiting and searching we have decided to get you married to Barbara's daughter and she herself didn't complain"my mum said
"why would she complain when it is to her own advantage,mum I don't love Josephine and if you get us married the marriage can't work, I have tried my best to tell you guys this but you aren't ready to listen please this is my life"I said angrily
"but Josephine is a very nice girl I know that once you guys have a proper talk you will love her"my mum said
"I don't care about what you think she is but I am not going to get married to Josephine"I said
"then get ready to forget the throne and the kingdom"my dad said angrily

"what do you think I have time to wait for you to find a mate you've been looking for, for 300 years and I'm not even sure they've given birth to her"my dad said

"you better convince him fast because I do not have that much patience"my dad said and walked out angrily
