We all sat in the meeting room in the morning as it was an urgent meeting
"we got a letter of attack"king Alexander said
"from who?"uncle Logan asked
"I don't know but we have to find out"king Alexander said
"I suspect the dogs"uncle Logan said which made me angry because I knew he was referring to the wolves when he knew he was the only one that did it
"we can't suspect anyone yet"I said
"why? they are the only nearest enemies"uncle Logan said standing up
"but that doesn't mean it would be them"I said also standing up angrily
"why?is it because you are one of those dogs"he asked mockingly and I clenched my teeth and fist
"everyone is a suspect here uncle Logan and even if you are insisting that the werewolves wrote it that means someone in the palace must have aided them"I said
"you may be right ruby that same person must have been the one who killed the guard when one of them was sleeping"the king said
"it could be that, the person must have been in the palace and would have killed the guard, walked outside and collected the letter from someone and put it in the palace"I said looking at him straight in the eye and he shifted uncomfortably from one foot to the other before opening his mouth for sometime before closing it
"who...do.... you suspect?"he asked finally
"I don't know but I suspect someone close to us"I said
"everyone of you may be correct but we have to carry out some investigation before concluding"the king said
"okay"we both said and sat down
"what are you going to do first?"Arthur asked
"call for a meeting with the Lycanthropes and werewolves" the king said
"is that necessary?"uncle Logan asked
"of course we have to be sure they are the one's before attacking"the king said
"okay then "Arthur said
"now Fiona's birthday is coming soon" the king said and Fiona blushed
"I'm thinking of celebrating it you know"king Alexander said
"yes"queen Avery said
"we can also invite the wolves you know to discuss with them"I said
"that's true we can do that I'm so happy to have you around ruby"the king said
"likewise my king"I said
"everything has to be done soon so as to be safe"queen Avery said
"it will be but for now the meeting is over"the king said and I left with Fiona to her room and I must say almost everything in her room was pink
"why were you treating him like that at the meeting?"Fiona asked
"how?"I asked sitting on the bed
"you made it so obvious that you hated him"she said taking off her shoes
"I wanted him to know"I said and she looked at me suspiciously
"you are hiding something"she said still giving me the suspicious look
"oh come on he is a bad man and I have to discover all his plans"I said
"but that will be too dangerous"she said joining me on the bed
"I don't care, yesterday I followed him out late at night and I saw him collecting a letter from an unknown person"I said
"what"she said
"he has a dangerous plan and we have to find out I also know that he is not working on this plan alone"I said
"so what are you going to do next?"she asked
"follow him again"I said
"why do you think he will be doing this?"I asked
"I don't know"she said.
Fiona and I spent the rest of the evening having our girls time before we went down for dinner and as usual various kinds of food was put before us
"I want Fiona's birthday to be an elaborate one"king Alexander said
"that would be very nice"uncle Logan said and we all nodded
"that means we have to send letters to the lycans and other people we are inviting "king Alexander said
"so we have to start preparing"queen Avery said very excited and we all nodded and continued eating.
