HEAVEN'S POV:
I smiled, soothing the ends of the bedsheet as Ariana went on and on about why I should go out and try different things before I get married to relax myself and give my nerves some break.
"Come on, Heaven. You're thinking too much about something so simple like this. Every bride deserves a Bachelorette party. " she leaned over on my shoulder.
"I don't think I'll be allowed to -"
"Allowed to? Seriously? You're not taking orders from him, are you? Girl, you're allowed to do whatever you want. I promise you Julian won't bother us. " she spun me around by my shoulders. "I have a plan. "
My head tilted to the side, I nodded, letting out a soft laugh.
"He always ends up finding us anyway. "
She sighed, dramatically.
"This time he'll not. I've told him I'm taking you and some of my close friends out for some dinner party to a restaurant. We'll use that one to sneak out from there. "
"But where are we actually going to be? " I raised my eyebrow, following her expressions.
"We'll be at one of my clubs. "
My eyes widened, as I tried to process this thought, contrasting to her cheeky smile, waiting for me to accept this offer already.
"A club? I mean, I've never been to a club-"
"Yeah, I know. I pretty much didn't expect it either. That's why I'm saying that you should. Heaven, I don't think locking yourself up in a room is going to help what's going to happen. You need to make your own happiness and to do that, you need to explore. "
She blinked at me with her best puppy eyes and I didn't have any other option but to consider it.
She's right. I'm trying to close all my ways out to a new life, thinking it will lessen the pain sitting with me in the same room. Now that my life is trying to expose me out to some change, I need to take this chance and maybe make some memories or learn a lesson.
"Okay. I'll do it. "
"That's right! It's going to be so fun. " she hugged me with joy and I did the same.
She began explaining how we're going to execute this plan and what is going to be the Plan B if this one messes up.
I must feel like a terrible person, planning to sneak out, but I couldn't have cared less for once because I did want to test how true the statement of our contract stands, how honest he was when he said he'll let me free to be with anyone I want, do anything I want to.
"... And the best thing, Dante will be helping us in this all. " she smiled proudly.
I'll never understand how she manages to come up with plans like these and has the courage to try them out while being under the surveillance of about hundreds of Julian's men.
"Are you sure he won't tell Julian about it? "
"Well, that's what he said. Julian asked him to be with us to, you know, keep an eye. He'll be doing his job, just not in the hotel, but in the club. " she winked, grinning.
"I've made fake reservations on my name in the hotel, just in case. You'll definitely enjoy the night. " she finished, laying back on the bed, sighing in relief.
"So, what do I wear? " I shrugged, walking upto my closet.
"We bought that one satin dress. That'll be perfect. "
"That one? No! I thought we didn't buy it? " I hurriedly opened my closet, racked with bags and dresses that I bought while shopping for the wedding. According to Ariana, I'll be needing these, a lot.
