" I am now." Midori-ko grumbles there was no way it was morning already
" Sorry I don't mean to wake the sleeping dragon." Goku tried to joke but his voice was dampened " I did not come to steal from you, O Smaug the Unassessably Wealthy. I merely wanted to gaze upon your magnificence, to see if you really were as great as the old tales say. I did not believe them." Goku said verbatim
" And do you, now?" Midori-ko turned to look at Goku
"Truly, tales and songs fall utterly short of your enormity, O Smaug the Stupendous..." Goku touched her face
"Do you think flattery will keep you alive?" Midori-ko smirks
"No, no." Goku looks down
"No, indeed." Midori-ko smiles before laughing "You haven't quoted The Hobbit to me in ages." The Hobbit was the only book Goku had asked Midori-ko read to him several times throughout the years. It was easily one of his favorites.
" I...I think no I know I killed my grandpa." Goku says
" Why do you say that?" Midori-ko asks, she'd been dreading this conversation. Midori-ko kept the fact that Goku could turn into the giant ape from him. She and Kami agreed years ago.

" When I was fighting Vegeta I realized why my grandpa always told me to go to bed early and why Kami wanted to remove my tail." Goku shares
" Because of your tail during the full moon you turned into a giant ape " Midori-ko sighs
" Yeah... wait."
" Goku." Midori-ko sits up "Sweetheart I've known for a while now." She fidgets
" What?" Goku sits up, even sitting he was taller than her
" Kami told me to not to tell you." Midori-ko looks down
" But Midori-ko." Goku lifted her chin "Baby how do you know?"
" Do you remember when you came with me to the dragon realm?" Midori-ko asks looking into Goku's eyes
" Of course." Goku nods
" I... there was no earthquake." Midori-ko tells him "The day after your 16th birthday you attacked the stadium I was fighting in." Midori-ko says
" I attacked?" Goku asks
" You turned into a giant ape." Midori-ko explains "I had to stop you."
