Goku and Gohan with Piccolo tagging along returned to Mount Paozu that night.
" Something smells really good." Goku's nose went up into the air
" Such an animal." Piccolo rolls his eyes
" I asked mom to make my favorite for dinner." Gohan jumped and skipped to the house " Mom we're home!" Gohan calls to her opening the front door.

Midori-ko made her way from the warmth of the kitchen to see Gohan smiling from ear to ear. Her eyes focused on the love of her life. There he stood as tall as ever with his wild raven hair and dark chocolate eyes. Muscles for days. Goku softly smiles at her as Midori-ko walked straight up to him.

With tears in her eyes Midori-ko smashed her right knuckle square into Goku's nose knocking him back. Only slightly but Midori-ko hit him hard enough for Goku's eyes to water and to hold his nose.
" I deserve that." Goku's voice was muffled by his hand
" You're an ass." Midori-ko clings to Goku letting go all of the tears she'd been holding in. Goku wrapped her up in his arms holding Midori-ko close.
"Shhh I'm here I'm sorry." Goku rested his head on the top of hers
" Come on Gohan let's leave them alone." Piccolo motions for him to follow him
" Yeah."
After the front door closed Midori-ko looks up at Goku tears rolling down her face. " What the hell were you thinking?" She cried
" I was scared." Goku tells her
" Of what?" Midori-ko wipes her nose on her sleeve
" That I would hurt you or Gohan." Goku holds her face "After I transformed I... Midori-ko I couldn't control my anger every little thing made me fly off the handle I've never been that mad before." He explains
" I would have helped you." Midori-ko tells him
"No I couldn't put you or our son in danger." Goku tells her
