"AM calling it now guys!" Leo says as we head on down to the DVD shop. "This will be our easiest mission ever!"

"Oh..." I groan. "Why'd you have to say that?! Now it's going to be hard!"

"Oh dear Y/n you are so superstitious." Donnie says in a sweet voice.

"Fine, but I get 'I told you so' right" I cross my arms.

"If it does, it'll be worth it!" Raph says hopefully. "Dad says that if we return this one Lou Jitsu DVD he rented for us he would give us all hugs!"

Dad promised us hugs if we returned it in on time, he was about to throw something else in. BUT NO ONE CARES CAUSE FREE HUGS! Dad didn't give hugs to us that often.

We all step out of the turtle tank.

"Wait, what happens if we don't return it on time?" Mikey asks.

"Splinter gets charged extra money. It's called a 'late fee' Donnie explains.

"Or was it a zombie apocalypse..." Raph comes from behind Donnie looking like a mindless zombie. "I can't remember anyway we can't afford either."

"I think the zombie apocalypse is the one where DOnnie accidentally creates a new living organism." I hum thinking.

"Oh yeah..." Raph says. "Now let's return this DVD so we can go home and get hugs!" Raph woots.

We all cheer. We are all very excited. Hopefully nothing will get us from turning the DVD in.

"Great call on the disguises!" Leo says, tipping his hat. "Wait, why is Y/n wearing one?"

"I look cool in it!" I say in a cool voice. I slowly put on my motorcycle helmet for drama.

We all were wearing costumes to disguise ourselves with the humans. I just wore the costume because I felt cool in it. It was the same ones that we used when facing my wrestling idol Ghost Bear. Turns out he was a big cheater.

"Oh yes you do!" Mikey says giving me finger guns.

"This really does help us blend in with all the people!" Leo says, turning his cap backwards. Wait....i don't remember there being any people.

We all look back to see no one in sight. "Wait where is everyone?" Leo asks

Then a loud bang happens and smoke fills the air. I fall to the ground and feel dust settle over. I look up to see construction going on. I feel a wet splatter hit me as I hit the ground. I feel a twitch of one my spider legs. I must've accidently released it out of habit.

I look back at the place to see construction going on.

"That didn't go so well." Leo says dully. "But on the upside we get to ride the ferry to another DVD store!"

"Leo we're covered in gross mud and cement..." I growl at the stains that got on us. Some even got on my spider legs. That was going to be hard to scrub out.

"So we didn't see all the warning: demolition signs" Raph sighs

"Yah!" Mikey joined in. "and my horoscope didn't say anything about reading so--OH! Wet Paint?!" Mikey yells as he looks at his back that was now covered in a streak of paint. "My horoscope betrayed me! We're cursed! We'll never return our DVD before midnight!"

"I told-" I was about to say my right, I called before but Donnie put his finger on my mouth.

"Easy Michel easy..." Donnie shoots a glance at me to stay quiet. "Back in ancient times, early 2002 there were boxes or kiosks" The screen on Donnie's wrist computer. "Where you could rent and or return DVDs"
