It didn't take long for us to arrive at Caroline and my place. Alice was worried beyond belief.
I had texted Mason, telling him what has been happening. We both agreed that until everything dies down, he should keep Elizabeth at his place, so tomorrow morning when Alive takes Elizabeth for the day, Mason will pick her up in the afternoon.
I mean, as much as it'll hurt me to be away from her, it's for her own safety. I would really much rather her safe.
We walk in the front door and I can't help but smile as I see Caroline cooking at the stove. She has a sexy black pencil skirt on that makes me weak and a beautiful black and white stripped button up top. I walk to her, wrapping my arms around her waste. I can see the smile on her Lips as I lean in and kiss her neck.
"I love you." I whisper against her ear.
She turns around in my arms, puts her hands on my cheeks, cupping them and leans in. She presses her lips to mine lovingly.
"I love you too." I smile and bite my lip as I watch her turn back around to continue cooking.
