CHAPTER 18: Finally rest and regret

Team Seven and Team Honryuu, once they arrived at the tower and took the scrolls and figured out what to do, they opened them at the same time and stared at them and read what was written on them, but suddenly the scrolls started moving upwards as if something or someone wants to get out. Naruto's eyes widened as he realized what it was.

Naruto: It's a Summoning Spell! Let go of the scrolls!

Quickly, together with Sasuke, he threw the scroll away from their hands and Team Honryuu also did the same when their scroll was also moving. As both teams threw the scrolls away, they began to sizzle in some smoke, then quickly the scrolls were surrounded by a puff of smoke. The two teams waited, ready to attack, as the smoke began to clear, they had no idea if what was happening would attack them or not. As the smoke began to clear, two standing figures could be seen, one figure had her hair pulled back in a ponytail, while the other figure had long hair. When the smoke had finally cleared, the others could see the two figures both wearing chunin vests. One was female the other was male, and the male figure smiled at them and said cheerfully.

Iruka: Hi everyone, you just passed the second exam, congratulations!

Naruto: IRUKA-SENSE!

Naruto yelled with a smile as he saw the man he respected as his older brother and father in front of him. He did something any 12-year-old, who had been used as a dog toy in most exams, would have done. He asked Luka to walk towards Iruka and when he was close to him he threw himself into a hug, making him laugh Iruka for a moment as he fell to the ground from the hug.

Naruto: It's good to see you Iruka-Sensei!

Naruto said happily as she hugged him tightly, Iruka smiled and stroked the boy's head

Iruka: And it's good to see you too Naru-Chan, it's really cool...

But Iruka didn't finish speaking when he saw the condition she was in, especially her leg and that she wasn't able to stand up and that he had to help her stand up, Iruka went into her mother hen mode and worried the churches.

Iruka: Naru-chan what happened to your leg? Are you OK?

Naruto smiled brighter before saying: Iruka-Sensei, I'm fine apart from the leg that's broken, but I'll tell you everything and I have so much to tell you right now! It's been so long since I've seen you and a lot has happened!

Iruka laughed at the smiles and brilliant laugh the girl was giving him, but he said gently patting her head.

Iruka: Okay, okay, we'll talk after we explain some things... But you have to get away from me if you can. And then we'll take you to the infirmary so your nee-chan heals you.

Naruto nodded quickly and with Iruka's help sat her on Luka's back and they stood next to each other. Naruto smiled at him as he smiled back at his favorite student, soon enough Iruka and the other Chunin who was just watching them, started talking to Team Seven and Team Honryuu, saying something about testing them and whatnot, Naruto he was immersed in his thoughts, remembering how he managed to talk to Oro-chan, to give him his Jiji's message, and he was angry with the snake for making him block his leg to go ahead with the exam and some competitors, but he was still happy that he had managed to reach the tower.

But in his mind he couldn't help but question a lot of things, like, why were he and Sasuke being attacked by those guys? And why was Oro-chan there? Why were there voices in his head? And many more were running through his mind. He closed his eyes and couldn't help but think.

Naruto: I wonder if maybe my life is going to get... A little more complicated now...

Naruto snapped out of his thoughts when he noticed that Iruka and the other Chunin had finished explaining the reason behind the words on the wall in front of the two teams. Iruka had looked at them with a small smile and said
