After Alby gets his memories he starts to remember the world. As he wakes up from it he remembers you. To be more specific he remembers you guys having been best friends before WCKD took you two and separated you.
You had ended up being the only girl in the Glade for almost as long as him. Despite this you two were never particularly close. Even though you didn't hate each other you weren't friends. At closest you were acquaintances.
You had become a Runner a few months into your stay. You were great at what you did, but this just meant you and Alby practically never interacted.
One day there was a problem with the Maze, and it suddenly started moving out of nowhere. You spent hours trying to find your way out, but every time you were somewhere familiar the walls would switch around. About a minute until nightfall you saw the exit to the Glade. You ran with everything you had as the Glader's kept yelling words of encouragement. They were desperately waving you forward, but even if they wanted to they couldn't run in because the walls would crush them.
You just kept trying, but as expected they closed before you could get out. They already morned your loss.
That night you didn't make it out. Minho went running the next day and found your Runners bag and a trail of blood. He followed it and found that it suddenly stopped in the middle of nowhere. He sighed and sadly shook his head as he knew you were dead. He brought your bag back to the Glade knowing it was the only thing they could have of your memory. Now it stays near the Maproom. Nobody is allowed to touch it under an circumstances. This rules was so strict that it became the fourth punishable one.
Alby found your loss hit him harder than he expected. As he got his memories it became clear why. You guys had been best friends for almost your entire childhood.
His best friend died and never even knew just how much you had meant to each other.
