Haerin found herself rubbing her palms in the back of scared Danielle Marsh soothing her into more calm state as she locked their fingers into one another.
"are you okay now? Feeling better?" Haerin asked Danielle and move her other hand on its hair that falls down on her back and as her face wets by tears some strands stucks on it
"thank you for being always there for me Haerin-ah" Danielle said and it makes Haerin softly giggle and smile at the woman she ever love and adore the most.
Its been years since she had met Danielle Marsh she didn't know she never did tried to tell to Dani, even if she had given a chance to tell her she's far too afraid to let her know.
Danielle never know how much she make Haerin lose her very own composure, how much Haerin wished to all of the stars to atleast let her slip those unsaid feeling inside her chest but its not easy.
"I was here beside you right from the start... And i will never ever dare to leave your side" Haerin said and bumped their foreheads
"never?" Danielle asked her in cute eyes
"yeah" she said softly caressing those soft skin of her cheeks to her jaw like its the most normal thing that she can do.
"even if im going to date someone in the future?" Danielle added that caught Haerin off guard
Can she really stay and watch Danielle love someone who isn't her?, can she really keep up and let herself drown in pain?. She's hesitating to answer Danielle's question but for Danielle she will never ever say No to her and maybe that's how Love works maybe its just not meant for Haerin.
"yes... No matter what" she mumble with a little smile looking away can't no longer hold the eye contact for more minutes, she can't let Danielle see how vulnerable she get in front of the person she desire the most.
"so can you help me to get closer to someone?" Haerin choke in her own breath and look at Danielle with widen eyes
"who?" she asked nearly crying the level of pain in her system is nearly make her collapse
"I've been liking your sister Minji in the better part of the year so i was wondering if you can help me to get closer to her?" Right there a soft crack in her heart become unbelievable bigger and a hard crack. She shake her head.
Danielle is the only one she have, the only one she treasure the most because she starts to believe that Minji is going to take everything she have and left nothing for her, and now Danielle will be hers too.
"ah...sure" she muttered and look at her wrist watch and stood up.
She can no longer stay in here she hates it that she can be tough in front of Dani but vulnerable when she's alone.
"where are you going Haerin-ah?" Danielle asked
"uh... Chemistry?" she said and smile softly "Aren't you going in the cafeteria for lunch?" she manage to sound tough
"oh... You? You don't like to eat?" Dani asked
"I have exams i need to study" she said and ruffle Danielles hair as she leave the place and rush at the library to let her tears fall.
She's isn't mine why am i even upset into this?
She uttered and take out her book and sat at the ground. Minji was her sister that never dare to leave her but even Minji was there for her. She just can't shove the thoughts that everyone only cares for Minji and not her. Danielle will never be hers and never will be.
Her stomach groan in hunger even a vampire like her needs to eat, she had drink the bag of blood that she get from the refrigerator yet it isn't enough.
She need a real food that tasteless food that she can only eat no salt, no sugar even garlic damn being Vampire goes with this.
She groan but set the hunger aside and try to study as her tears wet the book
Hanni is at the cafeteria aware by the pressence of the warm eyes thats been looking at her for hours now. She sigh and look around for Haerin and maybe treat her for lunch but she can't spot her. So when she see Danielle it was really surprising to see her alone without Haerin at her side gently guiding her at all times, gathering the strength she walk closer to Danielle and smile politely at the sunshine girl and bow down
"oh Hi hanni right?" Danielle asked her and smile
"Yeah...and Danielle right?" she smile when Dani smile back "Where's Haerin its really strange to see you alone" She added and Danielle giggle and sigh
"she choose to study instead of eating" Dani said so she nods "she's at the library at the secluded spot as usual" she mumble and nods
She buys some food that she always see Haerin buy with a help of Danielle she bid goodbye and walk at the library and look for Haerin when she see her, her eyes are swollen obviously fresh from crying so she gather the privelage and walk near the woman
"hey rinnie" she mumble softly make the woman look at her and smile so little she sat beside her cupped its cheeks and wipe away the droplets away
"why are you here?" Haerin asked softly
Hanni just smile and take out the food she buys for her "eat them while you study..." she mumble make Haerin be touch at her kindness and dig in at the food as she watched her cutely, wonderful and all of her is just incredible yet no one can stops her heart from yearning for Danielle.
"thank you for this...i was starving" she said and Hanni just nods watch her eat as she look at the books and began teaching Haerin for chemistry
"PHAM HANNI!" A sudden yell of Hanni's name resound in the area and when she look up she was shock to see Minji standing at the other side and glaring at her with gritting teeth.
Haerin held her wrist as they stood up and hide her behind its back "why shout?" Haerin asked
Minji walk closer and look at Haerin with firing glares "she's mine Kang Haerin" Minji said once again she's in the middle of their argument again
"oh? I don't think she's yours" Haerin said and pull Hanni away just to be stop by a grip on Hanni's wrist by Minji
She sigh and slowly tugged the hand of Minji away and they leave her she hear her groan in anger.
"im going to protect you Hanni" Haerin said to Hanni and smile softly caressing its cheeks make the woman cheeks to heat up
She spot Dani at the back of Hanni so she pull Hanni in her arms and hug her tightly make Danielle eyes widen.
