DECEMBER

You'd be surprised how much a satanic church actually decorated for Christmas funny enough. From the cheerful Santa's to the reindeer out front with a burnt leg thanks to Dewdrop being a gremlin a few years ago. Cardi had been adamant about having a rather gigantic tree right in the middle of the hall which actually came to be a nuisance. It wasn't exactly easy to tricycle around that thing without a pine needle poking you which Mira had warned him about.

Granted Bellamira hadn't celebrated a traditional Christmas like most did outside the church. Since a child, Sister Imperator did attempt to give her a somewhat normal holiday as much as a women who ran a Satanic church could. There wasn't any Santa's running around unless you counted the time Papa Nihil tried once when Mira was three. That was the typical exchange of gifts within the clergy members, Mira always did enjoy trying to find presents for Cardi and Rain.

Cardi was extremely easy to get gifts for, he was pretty much enamored with anything you got him. Rain was about the exact same, a book or something surprisingly soft like a sweater or blanket for his room. However Mira was more anxious when it came to purchasing something for Swiss for their first Christmas together. Which led her to seek out Rain to brainstorm some ideas while strolling down the corridor to breakfast that morning.

"If you think about it, you probably could just stick a bow on your head and Swiss would think it's the best gift in the world." Rain shrugged off her worries, batting at the tangling tinsel on the door frame. Mira grimaced at the tacky tinsel that the other siblings were tasked with handling the morning prior. Sister Imperator would most likely have a fit after finding out she passed off her duties to the other due to some last minute 'extracurricular' activities.

"But it's our first Christmas, Rainy. It has to be special, I can't just give him anything." Mina whined. Rain wasn't surprised with how anxious she was when it came to anything relationship wise with Swiss. After all, this was Mira's first relationship and her fear of ruining it was still had a very strong on her. No matter how many times Rain reminded her that it was impossible considering them being mates, Mira was hard headed as hell.

"I'm pretty sure everything you do is special to him." Rain held the door open for Bellamira to the dining hall, the scent of fresh waffles beckoning her inside. The mark tingling faintly signaling her that Swiss must've been near, her eyes curiously searching for him in the crowd before landing on him not too far from them. Bellamira took a step forward before a gasp fell from her lips at the sight of Swiss with Sister Evelyn passionately kissing in the middle of the hall. Rain quickly reached for her when he noticed the women tip back slightly in shock.

"Swiss?" Rain could hear the quiver in Bellamira's voice, it was something he hadn't heard in such a long time. Swiss quickly pushed away Sister Evelyn who slyly smirked at the women whose eyes were already welling with tears. He knew he should've warned Bellamira about how forward Evelyn had been lately with her advances but had been so distracted with just spending time with his mate. Swiss could feel Mira's heart race rapidly, Rain hissed while his tail flickered lowly behind him.
