Asmodeus drew nearer to the bandits' hideout, his determination unwavering. He was closing in on Seraphina, and hope burned brightly in his heart. But just as he reached the edge of the shadows that concealed the hideout, a sudden, chilling presence descended upon him.

Before he could react, a figure emerged from the darkness, and Asmodeus found himself face to face with his brother, Ihys. A sense of foreboding washed over him, for he knew that this encounter would not be a peaceful one.

Ihys, a deity of darkness and chaos, wore a malevolent grin as he regarded Asmodeus. "Ah, dear brother," he hissed, "how kind of you to join the party."

Asmodeus's eyes narrowed with suspicion. "Ihys," he growled, "what do you want?"

Ihys's grin widened, revealing the cruelty that lay beneath his façade. "Oh, just a bit of sibling rivalry," he taunted. "You see, I couldn't resist the opportunity to thwart your pathetic attempts at redemption."

With those words, Ihys revealed the shocking truth—it was he who had ordered the bandits, demons in disguise, to kidnap Seraphina. His intention was clear: to keep Asmodeus ensnared in darkness and evil, to prevent him from changing and finding redemption.

Enraged by his brother's deception and cruelty, Asmodeus lunged at Ihys, and the two deities clashed in a tumultuous battle. Their powers collided, shaking the very ground beneath them as they fought with a ferocity born of ancient rivalry.

Amidst the chaos of their battle, the demons turned their attention to Seraphina, who was still bound and blindfolded. With malevolent glee, they began to beat her, their actions fueled by the darkness that flowed from Ihys.

Seraphina's cries of pain and desperation reached Asmodeus's ears, further fueling his fury. He knew that he had to defeat his brother and save Seraphina before it was too late.

The battle between the two deities raged on, a clash of light and darkness, good and evil. But Asmodeus was determined not to let his brother's malevolence prevail. With a final surge of power, he overcame Ihys, forcing him to retreat into the shadows.

With his brother defeated, Asmodeus rushed to Seraphina's side, his heart filled with a mixture of relief and anguish. He gently removed her blindfold and gag, his touch tender and filled with remorse.

Seraphina, battered but still filled with inner strength, gazed up at him with tears in her eyes. "Asmodeus," she whispered, her voice filled with gratitude.

Asmodeus gathered her in his arms, vowing to protect her at all costs. The battle had been won, but their bond had been tested like never before, and they both knew that their journey was far from over.

In this chapter, Asmodeus confronts his brother Ihys, who reveals that he orchestrated the kidnapping of Seraphina to keep Asmodeus ensnared in darkness. Asmodeus and Ihys engage in a fierce battle, while the demons disguised as bandits beat up Seraphina. Asmodeus ultimately defeats his brother and rushes to Seraphina's side to save her, their bond deepening in the face of adversity.
