Freya's POV
"Here love birds." Jaelin says as she passes our line-up for tonight's game against Inter New York.
"Thanks poo head." I say as I grab the line-up then Raven and I look at the line-up.

After I look at the line-up, I pass it behind us then I cuddle with Raven.
Once at Harlem River Stadium, the bus parks then everyone gets off and heads to the locker room.
When we get to the locker room everyone puts their stuff down in their respective lockers.
After my stuff is put up in my locker, my teammates and I head outside for the pitch inspection.
When I get onto the pitch, I head to the center circle, stand on the center spot, then I do the Haka.

After I finish doing the Haka, I head back to the locker room.
When I get to my locker I take my AirPods out, then I take out my nose ring, I take off my necklaces, earrings, bracelet, and my rings.
After my jewelry is off, I put my jewelry in it's safe then I put my jewelry safe, phone, and AirPods in my bag.
Once I'm jewelry free I take off my tracksuit and put my dark brown locs up in a ponytail then I put on my warm up top, my long sleeve Ruby Red undershirt, and my game shorts.
I then sit down in my locker and put on my socks, my shin pads and my yellow boots.
Once I'm dressed Sophia comes over and sits in-between my legs.
"Hey Soph." I say.
"Hi Frey." Sophia says as she hugs my leg then she sits up straight as I begin running my fingers through her long luscious hair.
After a minute of playing with my friend's hair, I pull it back into the normal bubble braid she puts it in for games.
Once Sophia's hair is in a bubble braid, I lean down and kiss my friends head.
After I kiss her head, Sophia and I get up, walk out of the locker room, and head onto the field with the outfield players.
When I get on the pitch I run through my warm ups with the starters for a while then we head back to the locker room.
Once in the locker room I change out of the training top and change into my Ruby Red jersey while Amaka does her last minute talks.
When the last minute talks end, we are told to head to the tunnel so I kiss my girlfriend and hug her before I head out to the tunnel
Once in the tunnel, I line-up in-between Sophia and Raven then I wait for us to be called out.
Minutes later we are told to head out onto the field for the prematch stuff so I follow Sophia out onto the field.
Once on the field we stand in line for a few seconds then we shake hands with the Inter New York players.
After we shake hands, we take a starting XI picture, Jaelin does the coin toss, then we do our team huddle before we head onto the field.
"Are we doing the thing?" I question.
"Mhmm." Raven says so I walk to my position and get ready.
During our daily film sessions the past week, we've come to realize how lazy the Inter New York right back is the first five minutes so we've come up with an opening kick play to get a quick goal.
Once everyone is in position, Raven kicks off the game then I lazily walk up field while watching the ball get passed back to Jasmine.
When the ball gets to Jasmine I sprint forward as Jasmine launches the ball towards me then I watch the ball fly in the air.
A couple seconds later the ball drops in front of me then I slam my foot into the ball and send it towards goal.
After the ball leaves my foot, I watch it fly through the air, curl around the Inter New York keeper, hit the back of the net.
"IT WORKED." I hear Sophia shout.
Once the ball hits the net I jog towards the corner flag then I do a cartwheel which leads into me doing a backflip.
When I land my backflip, I immediately begin moonwalking towards the corner flag
"I can't believe that worked." Raven says as I stop moonwalking.
"Same." I say then I hug my teammates.
After hugging my teammates we head up field and I purposefully walk by Talia
"You're right-backs lazy." I say.
"Fuck." Talia says then I head to my position.
Once everyone is in position Talia restarts the game.
Over the next two hours, both teams pepper the goals with shots, but both keepers keep everything out.
"WHEW." Sophia cheers when the ref blows her whistle to signal full time. "We win."
"Whew." I say then we get off the bench and head onto the pitch.
I had another scar flare up after I got fouled and pushed to the ground, I got subbed in the 68th minute for Salma Paralluelo.
I got fouled by some Canadian lady which caused me to fall face first into the pitch and agitate my scar.
"That showers gonna feel so fucking good after this." I say.
"Seriously." Sophia says as we approach Jaelin, Katana, Talia, and Raven.
"So my right back's lazy?" Talia asks as she looks at me.
"Yeah." Myself, Jaelin, Sophia, Katana, and Raven say.
"She doesn't get focused for the first five minutes of the game." Raven says.
"Fuuck." Talia groans as I wrap my arms around Raven.
"How's your scar?" Katana asks.
"It's good now." I say.
"I've never asked, but why do you pour soda over it when it's burning?" Talia asks.
"It use to do it a lot and nothing helped so one day Cosette was annoyed that nothing the doctor did was working and she slammed her soda down which caused some to get on my scar and the burning stopped." I say. "So my guess is the carbonation has something to do with helping to stop the burning, but your guess is as good as mine."
"Weird." Talia says.
"Very weird." I say. "Very weird indeed."
