Third Person POV
Before you know it, Lunch time arrived. Bulma and the rest gathered at their usual eating spot. Chichi and Tien approach them and sit down. They had history together.
"Sorry we're late. Mr Kanashi kept us for five extra minutes talking about Thomas Jefferson"
"I swear that man is a pain in the ass" Tien whined while the others laughed
" So Chi, how was it being homeschooled?" Bulma asked purely out of curiosity
" I don't even wanna go there" Chichi groaned
" What I'm confused about is how you convinced her dad to let her come back." Tien asked Bulma
No one cares Vegeta thought, staring at Bulma who was sitting in front of him. All I care about is this beautiful girl with her gorgeous smile and her blue eyes. Her pink lips that look so inviting, I'm getting excited just thinking how soft they are and how it would feel pressed against min-
"Vegeta!"
"What the hell do you want?" He yelled
"Uhh... I've been calling you for a while now. You spaced out staring at Bulma" Tien said
"The hell I didn't!" Vegeta growled, his cheeks heating up
"Explain your red cheeks then" 18 countered
He covered his cheeks with his palm. "I-it happens sometimes" They all laugh, Bulma slightly blushing at the incident.
"Well, I asked where Goku is." Tien said to Vegeta
"Right here" Goku said sitting down "Hey guys, sorry I'm late"
Everyone responded. Well, except Chichi, who was wearing headphones and doing kami knows what on her phone. She was humming to the tune of the song but she suddenly started singing.
Everyone was in awe. Chichi didn't even realize she sang out loud. She just went silent , typing whatever the fuck she was typing.
"Wow"
"I know you said she can sing" 18 said to Amanda "but I didn't think she would be this good!" Amanda nodded, like a proud mother
It was just a few lines. But they wanted to hear her sing more, Goku, wanting it more than the others. Kami answered their prayers and she began singing again. Goku didn't waste anytime and joined her in harmony. Bulma quickly brought out her phone, videoing them.
The rest of them were stunned not only by the fact that Goku could sing, but also by how beautiful they sounded together and how confidently Goku sang .
"Gosh, they're just too beautiful together" Krillin said in awe
When they were done singing and the song ended in Chichi's ears, she suddenly heard clapping. She looked up and saw all her friends clapping, except Goku who flashed her a smile that says 'I'm impressed '
"Why are you guys clapping" She asked
"Because you are one heck of a singer" 17 said making Chichi blush in embarrassment. She didn't even realize she sang out loud
"Yeah, and the you both sounded so beautiful. It's surreal" 18 squeaked
"Both?" Chichi asked
"Yup, Goku sang along." Amanda said
"You sing?" Chichi asked Goku
"Well, yeah. I don't do it often though" he replied, scratching his neck
"Well, you should!" 18 squealed "both of you sounded too good".
"Chichi don't kill me okay? I had to get it on video beca-"
