Rishab POV

She dragged me to the corner of the waiting lounge.

" Amma....Please calm down. "

" We might not come in the middle. It will not look good..." I said.

" So.... You want me to congratulate them! " she questioned me. Her eyes looked so furious.

" How could you talk like that...Rish! If Ishita marries that man, what about you!! " she added.

" It was my mistake to leave her and play with her feelings. So I can't blame her..." I reasoned.

" Is this your love for her? " Amma asked me.

" ma... leave this topic. What I feel doesn't matter now. I don't want any difference between our two families. That was the main reason I left everyone..." I told.

Just then, Rithwik and Aarushi came to us.

" Mom.... You should not walk away like that. You should have thought of Nandan Uncle. It seems like he was hurt by you..." Rithwik said.

" I was trying to mend their relationship. And you both are accusing me...." She said sternly.

" I think.... My both sons are useless" she whisper yelled.

I stared at Rithwik as I didn't see her anger after I met her.

He patted my shoulder and said, " After she calms down, she will talk with us. She can't be angry at us for a long time."

I nodded my head to his words as I didn't know what to do.

" Tony beta.... Come here...." Amma called him while glaring at both of us. Tony walked towards us looking at our faces. He looked nervous after how mom talked.

" Yes ... Aunty...." He stood before Amma as I could tension over his facial expression.

" I need your help. Will you do it? " she asked him.

" Amma.... Tell me ... I will do..." Rithwik replied.

" I don't want to talk with my useless and stupid sons..." she said sternly.

Then she looked at Tony and said, " I will talk with you afterwards..."

Just then Nandan Uncle came to us with a serious expression and said, " Jhanavi.... I didn't expect this from you ..."

" What did I do, Anna? " Amma questioned Nandan Uncle which made him annoyed.

" Really .... Don't you know or you want me to tell you! " he questioned.

" Uncle... Please leave this topic...." Rithwik intervened.

" What is going on here! "

We heard dad's voice. He was looking at us suspiciously.

" Nothing .... Dad...." Rithwik lied. But he looked at Ma's face.

" Nandu... What happened! " Dad asked, looking at Ishita and uncle.

" I will tell you ..." Ma spoke, looking at Nandan Uncle.

" My beloved Anna introduced a man, Rajeev Kapoor. He was planning to set up marriage with Ishita..." mom said.

" When your son left my daughter, Why should she stay alone all the time ? What is wrong with it? " Uncle inquired.

" Ishita really wants to marry that man? " Ma asked him.

" She is trying to move on in her life. And whatever is happening, it is with her concern. I want my daughter's happiness...." Uncle answered confidently, looking at Ishita.
