The Navicular Tarsal is on the medial side of the foot and leads from the Talus to the three Cuneiform Tarsals. It is the only Tarsal between the Proximal Row (the Talus and Calcaneus) and the Distal Row (the Lateral, Intermediate, and Medial Cuneiforms and the Cuboid).
