Amanda was sitting in the passengers seat besides Rick as they drove to Atlanta to help Noah find his family. Amanda exhaled deeply as Rick drove off road and into the woods.
Rick parked the car and looked over at Amanda, who was reaching over to open her door. Rick stared her down, "Don't." He warned as he walked over to her door and opened it.
Amanda forced a small smile before she stood up, looking over at Noah, "You okay?" She asked
"Nervous." Noah admitted as he shifted how he was standing, to put less pressure on his ankle, "I'm ready to get this over with." He sighed as he limped towards the small town.
"This y'all's work?" Rick asked as he looked at the barbed wire across the trees
"Yeah. This is something they've been wanting to do - I guess they finally found the time to achieve it." Noah said as he led the way. Noah was trying to move quickly, but found it difficult with his affected ankle. He slid through a small opening in the wire, holding onto it with his hand. Noah let the wire go, causing it to fling back and smack Amanda in the cheek
Amanda squinted her eye, gasping in pain, "Noah!" Amanda exclaimed as she slid out from underneath the wires, "You have to be careful! That could've been so bad." Amanda said as blood trickled down her cheek
Tyrese walked over to Amanda, "Let me see." He said as he lifted up her head, examining the cut, "I think you'll survive." He joked as he wiped her cheek off with a small towel
"That's not the point. The point is we need to be careful." Rick interrupted
"It's fine, Rick." Amanda promised as she smiled up at Tyrese, "thanks." she said, "let's keep moving." she said as she walked down the road. She looked at a grandfather clock in the road, smiling when she saw the gates of the small town
Noah limped over, shaking the gate forcefully, "no... no no." he mumbled
"Let me hop over." Amanda said as she held Tyreses hand for support, climbing up the gate. She jumped to the other side, landing on the ground with a soft thud, "Hey? Can someone throw me over my rifle?" Amanda asked
"Why?" Noah asked worriedly
"Please?" Amanda asked, exhaling as Rick tossed her rifle to her. There was small scuffling going on the other side before it was clear what she was doing - she was beating down a walker. She grabbed the keys that the walker had on his hips and unlocked the gate. She swung it open, exhaling deeply as she looked at Noah with somber eyes

"No... No!" Noah shouted as he looked around at the burnt buildings, charred walkers and empty streets, "No!" He cried as he fell to his knees
Amanda sighed quietly as she watched Michonne comfort Noah, "I'm gonna go search some houses." Amanda said as she glanced back at Noah before she started walking up the hill
