Amanda looked around the barren room. She glanced down at the linoleum floor, that was once white but was now stained with blood and dirt. She looked at the walls, examining the steel cabinets, which had doors that hung loosely.
Amanda's eyes flickered across the wall to the door, that was bolted shut with multiple locks. She wondered if they were being kept in or something was being kept out. Her mind continued to ponder as she glanced at another door, examining the small locks.

"Are you alright?" Shane asked, breaking the silence

"Yeah." Amanda said softly, not wanting to tell Shane about the pain she felt between her legs, feeling almost ashamed for being taken advantage of

"I'm sorry, Amanda." Shane said, "I should've never asked you to come with me." He said

"It's alright, not your fault." Amanda said, her arms tired from being held up in such an uncomfortable position, "It's cold in here." She said

"Yeah, I think we're in a basement or something." Shane said, glancing around the room, "The chair they've got me in is pretty old." He said, listening to the chair squeak, "I could probably break it." He noted

As Amanda began to reply, she paused hearing loud footsteps. She closed her mouth, watching as a four people walked into the room - three men, around their mid 20s-30s, and a woman, who had to be around 50.

The woman was quiet as she walked over to Amanda, examining her curvy yet toned physique. She looked down at Amanda's bare feet, admiring her pink pedicure, "You must be somewhere safe if you are able to do petulant tasks like paint your nails." She spoke abruptly

Amanda nodded, the rope around her neck rubbing against her skin

"Interesting." The woman spoke, "I am Edith." She began, "I'm here to cleanse you of sin." She said, her hand trailing up Amanda's thigh

Amanda inhaled deeply before she spit at the woman, "Get off me." She hissed

The woman looked up at Amanda, in disbelief that she would be so disrespectful, even though she was in such a vulnerable state, "Son?" She asked, looking over at one of the three men, "Can you hand me the cleansing tool?" She asked

"What cleansing tool?" Shane asked, "What're you doing?" He shouted

Amanda watched as one of the men picked up a knife, handing it to Edith. She felt her heart race as she looked up at her hands, looking at her wedding band, finding comfort in the thought of Rick. She continued to focus on her ring as she felt a sharp pain in her stomach, the blade of a knife trail across her body, deep enough to draw blood but not deep enough to harm her. Soft whimpers escaped from Amanda's lips, her eyes glued to her ring, refusing to show any sort of emotion.

"Noah." Edith spoke, her eyes not leaving Amanda for a minute, "Take her to get cleaned off." She said

A slender, tall man made his way over to Amanda. He kicked the stool out from underneath her, watching as she writhed, gasping for air

"Hey! Hey! Let her go!" Shane screamed, a vein appearing in his neck as he struggled against the restraints

Noah climbed up onto the stool, taking his time as he cut the noose, his face stoic.

Amanda hit the floor with a hard thump, clutching her throat as she gasped for air. She struggled as Noah grabbed her by her hair, dragging her to the door with the multiple locks. He used one hand to undo all the bolts, taking Amanda outside, "Against the wall." He barked

"Caleb." Edith said, "Take this one to the back room. Find out where they've been staying." She muttered

A large, stocky man came up to Shane. He knelt down, cutting the ropes around his ankles before he forced Shane to stand up
