Amanda was sitting on the couch with Rick, looking at the plan they had made to go up against Negan and his men.

Rick was quietly rubbing Amanda's feet, "I don't feel comfortable with you going out there." Rick said softly, looking at her with worried eyes

"It wouldn't be fair if I didn't go, Rick. I'm the one who made the deal. I can't put everyone on the line and then flake out. I have to be there." Amanda said as she looked up from her notepad, locking eyes with Rick

"I know but it can't be good." Rick said as he chewed on the insides of his cheeks, "I don't want you over exerting yourself or god forbid getting hurt or lost." Rick said as he rubbed her legs

"I promise I'll stay besides you the entire time." Amanda said, offering him a smile

Rick inhaled deeply, still not convinced. He turned his head to the side, looking at Amanda with worried eyes

"I'm going, Rick. Whether you want me to or not." Amanda said finally, "I'm sorry but I refuse to make a deal like this and then sit on the sidelines."

"Okay." Rick said as he nodded, "Fine, but you don't leave my sight." Rick said as he squeezed her legs, looking at the notepad

Amanda nodded, "Okay, okay, okay." She sighed softly, standing up. She stretched, the bottom of her shirt lifting slightly

Rick wrapped his arms around her, kissing her stomach, "We still need to get you another test." He said, leaving soft kisses on her stomach, looking up at her

"Yeah." Amanda said softly as she stroked Ricks hair back, "We should start getting ready, the group wants to head out in a bit." She said, kissing his head before she walked upstairs. She changed into a pair of jeans and a long sleeve black shirt. Amanda walked downstairs, sliding on a pair of her black boots, "Babe?" Amanda called for Rick, "You ready?" She questioned

Rick walked downstairs wearing black jeans, a brown shirt and his black sherpa lined jacket. He smiled as he put his axe in his pocket, "I'm ready." He said, placing his hand on the small of her back as he led her outside. He climbed inside the RV, sitting in the drivers seat.

Amanda sat besides him, looking out the window, "Did you know Abraham and Rosita broke up?" She whispered

"What? Really?" Rick asked, leaning over, interested in the gossip

"He told Rosita 'I thought you were the last woman on earth but you're not'." Amanda whispered, "I wonder who he has eyes for now." She said

"You're such a gossip." Rick whispered

"No, Rosita told me and now I'm telling you. I'm your wife, anything anyone tells me is going directly to you." Amanda whispered

"Mmmm, small town gossip." Rick joked, kissing Amanda lovingly, "Hopefully their head is in the right place." He said as he leaned back in the seat, watching as people funneled into the RV. Once everyone was settled in, Rick drove off down the road. He placed his hand on Amanda's thigh, squeezing it gently for reassurance. After driving for 45 minutes, he pulled over, "We start off here." Rick said, "Maggie and Carol, you two patrol the area. Heath and Glenn, you two find a walker that looks like it can pass for Gregory." Rick said

Amanda stood up, tilting her head to try and crack her neck. She climbed out of the RV, holding her rifle in her hands as she looked at the fields in front of them. She walked over to one of the abandoned cars, looking inside. She glanced down at her stomach, wondering if she really was pregnant. She knew it was more likely that the test was a false positive, but she was too scared to retest.

Rick walked over to Amanda, "You feeling alright?" He asked her, a worried pitch noticeable in his voice

Amanda smiled, "yeah." She said, nodding at Rick, "You?"
