Lost in your private reverie, you reveled in the freedom of your solo aerial dance, executing spins and daring free falls with your colossal wings unfurled, unaware that your impromptu performance had an unexpected audience.

The sudden sound of clapping snapped you out of your dance-induced trance, sending a rush of mortification and shock surging through you. Swiftly pivoting, your eyes widened in horror as you discovered the observer of your private display—Gohan.

"G--G-Gohan!" Your voice escaped in a startled squeak as Gohan floated nearby, school bag slung over his shoulder, and the lunchbox of freshly baked cookies held securely under his elbow. His teenage gaze shimmered with awe and wonder, completely captivated by your hidden talent, though unknown to him. You hadn't disclosed this particular secret.

Approaching you with a gentle ease in flight, Gohan offered a reassuring smile. "I didn't know you could fly, too. Is it... weird to find someone else who can fly?" he inquired, prompting you to glance at him, your cheeks tinted with shyness. "K-Kinda... but also... I mean... you're flying without wings, too... So it's much more... cool," you murmured, feeling a twist in your stomach.

Gohan chuckled softly, meeting your eye level in mid-air, surprising you with his calm demeanor. "Your wings are really beautiful. They're even longer than those of the Pelagornis Sandersi(prehistoric Bird). Yet they're really soft looking and..." His admiration for your wings left you speechless, your mind a haze as his words drifted into an indistinct fog. His smile grew, and he called your name, drawing you back to the present. Staring at him, you noticed the intricate mix of dark brown specks within the milk chocolate hue of his eyes, momentarily captivated.

"H... huh?" You responded, momentarily absent-minded.

Observing you with a tender smile, Gohan felt a warm, fuzzy sensation flutter in his stomach. Conversing with you always seemed to elevate his spirits, leaving his mind light and airy, a sensation he welcomed wholeheartedly. "I was just asking what you were doing out here?" Gohan inquired, prompting you to clear your throat and regain your focus.

"U-Um... I... I um... I was just stretching my wings, actually... plus I er... well... I'm kinda camping out here for the weekend, too," you explained, hoping to alleviate the awkwardness of the situation.

Gohan blinked in surprise at your revelation of camping out in the middle of nowhere for the weekend. Swiftly thinking, he offered, "Hey, you could stay at my place over the weekend instead!" Your initial inclination was to accept, but then hesitation took hold, and you began expressing your concerns about overstaying your welcome or potentially bothering his family.

Before your anxieties could spiral, Gohan acted decisively, gently covering your mouth with his hand, halting your anxiety-induced fears. "I promise, you'll always be welcomed into my family," he assured you, a warmth exuding from his words, causing your cheeks to flush intensely.

Pulling back, your wings enveloped you, almost like a protective blanket, while Gohan couldn't help but smile, noticing you delicately holding a few of your larger feathers. To him, you were utterly adorable.

After a hesitant moment, you agreed to spend the weekend with Gohan, surprising him as he observed how you were camping out. Your belongings were tucked into a broken-down old van alongside your schoolbooks and homework. Concerned about the conditions, Gohan suggested an alternative, insisting that his home would be a more suitable and comfortable option for you, aiming to prevent any potential health risks.

While you gathered your things, trying to hide your growing crush on Gohan, he attempted to reassure you, oblivious to how charming he came across. Determined to remain level-headed, you followed Gohan, though feeling the pull of your emotions.

During the flight, you couldn't help but feel sorry that Gohan had to fly for such a long duration. Your wings flexed, casting a shadow over him, and he looked up in awe, running his fingers gently along your feathers, admiring their delicate patterns, each stroke revealing their loveliness.

Lost in his thoughts, Gohan blushed, considering the beauty of your feathers compared to your own, until he glanced at you, seemingly calm and humming softly. The tender moment made Gohan feel a warm sensation in his chest, realizing how much he enjoyed your presence and the tranquility you brought.

As you arrived at a specific mountain location, you marveled at the serene beauty around you—a clear blue creek meandering through lush forestry, a sprawling vegetable field showcasing bountiful growth, and an exquisite, quaint home set against the backdrop of nature's grandeur. The landscape was a picturesque sight to behold, and you couldn't help but feel awestruck.

Your thoughts about Gohan's fortunate surroundings were abruptly interrupted by a sudden exclamation, followed by the vivid appearance of orange and blue colors right before your eyes. With a jolt, you collided with what felt like an immovable wall, but instead, it was warmth and flesh, startlingly solid yet yielding. Stepping back quickly, you gazed up in disbelief, realizing that while you had thought Gohan was tall, this man—clad in vibrant orange and blue attire with the most unruly hair—stood at least a head or two taller!

"Dad!" Gohan swiftly intervened, approaching you while offering a sheepish smile to his father. Goku, his father, blinked before greeting you cheerfully. "Hiya!"

After introductions were made, Gohan presenting you as Y/N and his father as Son Goku, Goku greeted you with a peaceful two-finger salute. "Yo!" he exclaimed, before marveling at your wings. "Man, you're like a huge eagle or somethin'!" he exclaimed innocently, prompting a light smile from you. "It's nice to meet you too, Mr. Son."

Goku chuckled. "Call me Goku! Oh, oh wait! You're the girl that Gohan can't stop talking about, aren't ya?!" His words caused both you and Gohan to blush deeply, Gohan stumbling over his words as Goku inched closer to you, nearly touching noses. "You know martial arts, right? I wanna see how strong you are!"

An intense surge flared within Gohan as he watched Goku's proximity to you, prompting him to gently yet firmly pull you away from his father. "Dad, please have some manners."

Goku raised his hands in surrender, sporting a light smile. "Aw, come on! Gohan mentioned you're pretty strong, even if you don't know how to fight properly. I just wanna see for myself," Goku said excitedly, but before you could respond, Gohan intervened. "She's not going to fight you."

Goku blinked in surprise, his enthusiasm slightly deflating. "Huh? Why not?" he queried, while you glanced up at Gohan, curious. "Yeah, why can't I?" you inquired gently, causing Gohan's cheeks to flush as he averted his gaze. "W-Well, for one, you still have to meet my little brother and my mom first. And two, we did just fly for over an hour to get here, so I'm sure you're tired. Oh, and that reminds me, I've gotta make sure Mom will actually be okay with this," Gohan explained, trailing off slightly.

Your nervousness showed as you chewed on your bottom lip, and Goku pouted before resting his arms behind his head. "I'm sure ChiChi won't mind! But how are ya gonna fit through the front door?" Goku wondered aloud. However, you surprised them both, shrugging your shoulders slightly. Their eyes widened in astonishment as your wings gradually retracted, turning into little fluffy feather nubs between your shoulder blades and vanishing beneath the specially cut slits in the back of your shirt.

You give a shy smile at their astonished expressions, clearing your throat a bit.

"Well um, should we go in?"
