Akshara reminds what Aarohi was talking in her phone. She recalled that by Arohi's words, she seemed to talk to a pyschologist or some mental therapist. But why she will talk to a specific doctor for any patient. The hospital staff can manage it. 

FLASHBACK 

Akshara was passing through Abhi's tent until she heard Arohi's voice, 

"Sir please!!! It's urgent!! The patient needs you, He is critical. Agar der hogayi toh, My family will lose him and i can't afford to lose him."-Arohi said in a pleading tone .. 

FLASHBACK ENDS. 

She was totally shocked. Arohi can't afford to lose him and her family also, Maybe Abhimanyu?? She chided her thoughts and said.

"NHI NHI!!! Aisa ni ho skta , Abhimanyu  bilkul theek h , usko kya hoga, wo apni family ke saath khush h, Mujhe Arohi se puchna hoga"-she said in a determined voice, 

But the sleeping was far away from her eyes, she can't forget the hurt,anger,sadness in his eyes. How he lied so smoothly infront of Abhir like he had lied so many times infront of his family..

MORNING ..

The sun was shining in the sky, as the light fell on a girl who was sleeping on the bench. Her sleep was disturbed by her child. 

"MUMMA!!! MUMMA!!! Utho !!"- Abhir shaked his mumma. 

Akshara sat on the chair, rubbed her eyes and saw her betu Abhir. She realised that she slept on the bench, in the thoughts of Abhimanyu. She mentally face-palmed herself and chided.. 

"Sorry betu!!! Pta nii. Kl raat na neend nii ayi, toh walk krne aayi. Pta nii kb aankh lg gyi.!!"-she said almost everything true, just hiding the thoughts of Abhimanyu...

While, Abhimanyu sat on the bench on which Arohi was also sitting, only to find her with a family photo

Abhimanyu took that frame and stared it for time. His eyes were tearing. A lone tear escaped his eyes but was wiped by Arohi . She passed another frame of his small family. 

He was suprised that Arohi took the picture of them together. But she passed another frame to him, he eyed her only to find her saying that it was last frame.. 

He quickly got up and went to his tent brought a gift in his hands. 

"Maine socha tha , Tumhare birthday pe tumhain dunga pr thik h ,, YEH LO!!"-he said while extending his hands to take the gift,

She excitedly unwrapped it to find a beautiful butterfly frames. Neil always loved nature, especially butterflies. Now his daughter loves butterfly. Indeed Roohi was just a replica of Neil.

She caressed Neil's photo. When she was not in love with him, he was always with her but when she actually loved him, he left her like a thin air vanished in the air,,
