▬ CORI HAD MOVED ON. a least that's what she told herself and everyone around her. she had made new friends, she had paul and rachel. she was in a good place... mostly.
she could do without the nightmares. and the constant reminders of james.
she was okay one minute then sucked into a memory the next and she couldn't shake the feeling or the memory of the pain. a simple word could send her back to that place and she hated it, but she was working on it.
and just when she felt a little better, things spiral on bella's birthday. and the next day the cullens leave town.
cori isn't entirely sure how to feel. but with the help of her friends, and one boy in particular, she makes the best of her life. and emmett becomes nothing more then a memory... or at least that's what she tells herself.
