Keira's POV:

"I've got some good news", I said, as I turned and faced Lucy as we sat down on a bench.  Lucy looked at me and nodded encouraging me to continue.  "Now obviously nothing is 100% certain at the moment, it's all up in the air right now", I started to ramble, not looking at Lucy.  Lucy stopped me, by grabbing my hand and squeezing it.  "Kei, you're confusing me, just tell me", Lucy pleaded looking at me.  I chuckled at her excitement.  "Ok", I replied, taking a deep breath before continuing.  "It was my agent that rang me at dinner and he told me that Barca are interested in signing me", I got out all in one breath.  I glanced over at Lucy, who had the biggest grin on her face.  She stood up and pulled me up with her, engulfing me in the biggest hug.  I wrapped my arms around her neck, and she wrapped her arms around my waist, before lifting me up, as I wrapped my legs around her waist.  I looked at Lucy, and she was smiling so brightly.  I leaned in and broke the space between us, connecting our lips in a passionate, loving kiss.  I pulled away as Lucy mumbled against my lips "you better be serious Kei".  I chuckled and wrapped my arms back around her neck.  "I'm being deadly serious", I replied, leaning back for another kiss.  When lack of oxygen became a problem, we both pulled away, breathing heavily from the kiss.  I looked down at Lucy and then said "it's a bit difficult, because I still have another year of my contract with City, but my agent thinks that if Barca propose a high enough fee, then City will agree".  Lucy nodded and then replied "we're gonna make sure that Barca know that they need you in their team".  I smiled and nodded, leaning back and hugging Lucy.   After a few minutes, Lucy gently placed me back on the ground.  I grabbed her hand and intertwined our fingers. "We can't say anything to anyone, until it's confirmed", I said seriously.  Lucy nodded her head and then replied "not a word, got it".  I nodded and we made our way back to the hotel.

Once we made it back to the common room, Lucy opened the door, and let me in first.  I walked in and spotted Leah walking around, swaying Ellie in her arms, and talking quietly to her.  I nudged Lucy and she smiled at the sight.  I looked around the room to try and spot Charlie.  I found her talking to Georgia.  Lucy headed over to sit beside Charlie.  I watched as she pulled Charlie onto her lap, surprising her, and gaining a surprised squeal.  I quietly walked up beside Leah.  She smiled as she continued whispering to Ellie.  I listened to what she was telling Ellie.  "And then after you were born, Mummy texted me to tell me that you were coming home.  I was looking after Lottie, so that meant we'd get to meet you soon.", Leah whispered to Ellie.  I grinned as I listened to Leah telling Ellie about her birth and meeting everyone.  I remembered it like it was yesterday.

The day I got to leave the hospital after giving birth to Ellie, felt like a long time coming.  I was wheeled out of the hospital with a tiny baby in my arms.  Once I was wheeled to the front entrance I saw Lucy waiting for me with the car.  Lucy helped me up out of the chair and between the two of us, we managed to get Elleã into her car seat.  I sat in the back with her, while Lucy drove us home.  Once we parked up, I got out and Lucy carried the car seat with a tiny sleeping Elleã in it, into the house.  Lucy placed her on the couch and looked at me.  I instantly knew what she wanted.  She wanted to hold our daughter for the first time in our home.  I nodded and I watched as she carefully unbuckled Elleã and then carefully and slowly lifted her out of her car seat and settled her into her arms.  Elleã stayed asleep and we both looked down at the little one, who was fully dependent on us, for everything.  I took some photos of the two of them.  But mostly I just sat with them because these moments were precious.  Lucy had already texted Leah to tell her she could drop Charlie home.  I had missed Charlie so much and I knew she had missed both me and Lucy, but she was very excited to meet her baby sister.  I saw Lucy's phone light up, and checked to see that Leah was outside with Charlie.  I showed Lucy the message and she nodded.  I got up and opened the door for the both of them.  Charlie came bouncing over to me and leaped into my arms.  I held her up and cuddled her back.  I let her down and she went straight in search of Lucy.  Leah came in and smiled at me.  "How you feeling Kei ?", Leah asked me.  "I'm okay, just tired", I replied.  Leah nodded and then followed me as I led her into the sitting room.  We were met by Charlie leaning over Lucy, looking at Elleã.  Lucy beamed up at us and Leah gasped "aww she's adorable".  We all smiled as we looked at the baby who was sound asleep, blissfully unaware of what was going on.  Lucy looked up and asked "do you want to hold her Le ?".  Leah looked between the two of us and nodded eagerly.  She sat down next to Lucy and Lucy carefully handed her Ellie, who still remained asleep thankfully.   Leah smiled down at the baby in her arms and then I asked her.

Leah continued to whisper the story to Ellie, who was slowly falling asleep.  "And then your mummy and mama asked me if I'd be your godmother and of course I said yes, I mean who wouldn't say yes to you, you are too cute for your own good", Leah whispered.  She smiled over at me, when we both saw Ellie's eyes close and her breathing even out.   "I love you Effie", Leah whispered before passing the toddler to me.  Ellie grasped onto my hoodie and cuddled closer, still asleep.  I slowly walked over to the beanbags with Leah quietly chatting to me.  Lucy looked up at us and then scooted her and Charlie over, so that I could sit on their beanbag with Ellie asleep in my arms.  I turned to Lucy and whispered "Leah told her a story to get her to sleep", Lucy nodded and then I continued "she was telling her about after she was born".  Lucy smiled wider and then leaned over and pressed a kiss to my forehead "I love that story", she whispered.  "Me too", I added, leaning my head on her shoulder, as we listened into the conversations between everyone.
