3rd pov:

"It's truly fascinating to witness the depth of a mother's love, extending beyond biological ties. Stuti, despite not being a mother herself, exhibits a profound compassion for each of her students. The purity of her care and concern for them is both heartwarming and intriguing. Even in the face of an impending destructive future, she attempts to push aside the inevitable, showcasing a remarkable level of selfless dedication to those under her guidance."

"I think I understand why you failed to finish off Yuji. So why did you distance yourself from Noritoshi? Are you hiding your technique from your allies too?"

Miwa slightly lifted her hand off her katana, casting a saddened gaze at the ground. "I'm sorry about what's happening with Itadori. It might sound like an excuse, but I'm not like them. That said, I don't plan on handing over victory to you. You know how sorcerers get promoted through a recommendation system, right? A lot of sorcerers follow and discuss the exchange event. If you perform well here, you're given more chances to advance while studying. I want to be independent and start making money as soon as possible."

Maki tilted her head to the side, expressing curiosity. "Why?"

The blue-haired teen withdrew her katana, determination sparking in her eyes as she resumed her fighting stance. "I'm poor! And I have two little brothers!"

"Are you okay? Do you even get along with Mai? Aren't you too nice a person?" Maki asked, firmly grasping her cursed tool.

"Huh? Probably..." The Tokyo girl lowering her body with confident grins. "I won't hold back, you know."

Miwa gripped her katana tightly, glaring at the teen. "Not a problem!"

"Maki?" Mai inquired while stretching her body. Miwa, standing beside her, took a sip from her water bottle, observing the younger twin as she flexed various parts of her body before the commencement of the exchange event.

"She's just a weakling. She can't even see curses. Just a regular person swinging around cursed tools. Forever a fourth-grader. Why is she a jujutsu sorcerer in the first place?"

Utahime clapped her hands together to regain her students' attention. "Break's over."

"Okay!"

'I see. That's a relief.' The blue-haired girl thought, smiling up at the sky with closed eyes, confident that Maki wouldn't pose any trouble for her.

'Stupid, Mai! She's crazy strong!' Miwa widened her eyes as the green-haired teen twirled her cursed tool, swinging it dangerously close to her head — a move she skillfully evaded.

'She's using a long weapon, so I need to close the distance, but I've got my hands full just defending! I'm at a huge disadvantage here! If Maki were using a blade, I would've died twice already!' The blue-haired teen thought, exerting herself to fend off Maki's relentless cursed tool attacks.

Maki successfully landed a blow with her cursed tool onto Miwa's ribcage, causing her to gasp. The impact sent the blue-haired teen skidding on the ground, unknowingly closer to the edge of a cliff. She collapsed to her hands and knees, quickly looking upward to see Maki steadily swinging and twirling her long cursed tool with ease.
