The sun wasn't even out when Porchay crossed the door for his second day of work. He walked more confidently through corridors even if his heart was still beating like yesterday, scared of the first steps, scared of messing up things, scared of the known that was still so fresh. He was emotionally satisfied and feeling overwhelmed by what Porsche offered him last evening. A pen. An office pen. His official office pen. He didn't know if he would need it, they were mostly working on computers, but he got attached to it the second his eyes crossed its existence. Small and long. It was useful, it could be used, but Porchay wanted to keep it, he wanted to leave it, precious, in a secret place as a treasure, but Porsche knew he would act like this.

"Chay...you need to take it tomorrow, right ?" Porsche laughed, smiling at him.

Porchay had pouted, before sighing loudly. "Hia...it might be destroyed or I might lose it..."

"And ? It's okay Chay...even if you lose it you won't lose me..." He said softly hugging his brother's head, his own put on it. They stayed like this for a moment, Porsche embracing Porchay's shoulders and balancing them, cutely. "Hia...I am not five."

"You will ALWAYS be five to me." Porsche laughed, kissing his cheek.

Porchay was thinking about it again, in the elevator. He was shivering again from the happiness he got. Yet he still couldn't send it back to Porsche. It didn't frustrate him too much. His salary would be the moment for himself to be able to offer to Porsche what he never could give before. He would, it was his promise. The pen in his pocket, the heart on his sleeves, Porchay went to his desk again. He had greeted some people who crossed his eyes, he felt seen, he felt there, he was a worker, they were all, and he didn't feel rejected. It reassured him more about his place in this and when he reached his place, it was even more obvious.

"Hey! Porchay! Hi!" Chan said, full of energy. He was still discovering him, Chan looked very serious but everytime he was opening his mouth, the warmth was spreading all over his face. He didn't need to smile, in fact it was natural.

"Hi!" Porchay said softly, turning to Kim who just put his hand up to wave. The boy's enjoyment went a little down as the energy of Kim who still looked like yesterday, gloomy. He looked as if he was drowning himself into the screen to forget whatever that was going on out of it. Porchay didn't mind for now, he couldn't. He didn't know him enough to understand that he was in a red stage, the stage of scandalous remorse and worries. Porchay was going to sit down when a woman came to them, a mysterious smile on her face. "Is he the new baby?" She asked while looking at Porchay.

"He is Madame." Chan chuckled.

The woman squealed a little coming to him, she shaked his hands and put her other one on his shoulder, making soft movements, as if to reassure him. "Hello, Yok. You can ask me anything. I am the first one above you." He kindly said.

"Nice to meet you, I-I am Porchay Kittisawat. " He hardly said putting too much pressure on him, he wanted to give a great first approach but it never really worked for him. It would be worse, stressing over it and his voice and mouth would never cooperate as it should.

"Boy. They told me that you worked well but they didn't tell me that you were adorable like this !" She gasped with a sweet smile.

"Don't overstep your place and stay away from that boy. "Chan mocked, his eyebrows furrowed.

"Chan, will you stop ! He could be my child... maybe not..." She changed her mind, mocking herself.

"Is your son okay ?" Porchay was reminded by her words that she wasn't here for his first day, taking care of him. He didn't think that it was overstepping. He just thought that he had the information and he was genuinely asking. Not waiting for anything. Genuinely being interesting in his well being, wasn't it normal ? And yet Yok put her hand on her mouth, faking to be choked. It wasn't that deep for Porchay, his natural way of being wasn't that deep because it was familiar to him but it looked that it wasn't for everyone.
