Alora's pov-

Gio helped me into the car after my rant. I didn't mean to sound rude, but I'm just fed up. It's almost anytime I leave the house and get caught by the paparazzi. I feel bad, but it's getting to the point where it's putting me in a bad place.

"Gio I'm sor-," I try to apologize but get cut off.

"You have nothing to apologize for," he tells me.

"But-," I try.

"There is nothing to question. You made good points. It is none of their business. They pushed you to that point. It just is upsetting that they had to make you so vulnerable," he tells me. Shortly after we arrived to the school. Gio got out and got me the hoodie helping me slip it on. He helped me steady myself as we walked towards the field. We saw our family sat by coach Kenne.

"Hey Gio," I say. He turns towards me. "Can you carry me I don't wanna fall in front of all these people," I whisper. He picks me up and we walk to our family.

"Where have you guys been?," Dad asks.

"We got caught by the paparazzi and there was an incident," Gio says. Dad nods and Gio sits me by him.

"Are you guys ok though?," dad asks looking at us both.

"Well Al got asked about Burt again and she was fed up. She handled it well," Gio tells him. Dad hugs me making sure not to squeeze my arm. The boys began to run out of the tunnel. I screamed for my older brothers and twin. Nico still ran out with his team even though his arm was in a cast. Coach Aiden, Nico, and the other players walked to the bench. The game began after the national anthem. Towards the end of the 1st quarter we were up by 16. I cheered for my brothers as they played. Half time came fast we were still up but it was close 22-25. The band played at halftime. The game begun again. It was colder than shit.

"Come here Al," Dante told me. Dad helped me go over next to him and he wrapped me in his coat. His heat kept me warm, but it slowly went away. Easton got the ball and ran it down the field getting another touchdown. We all cheered but the cold slowly over took me again from Dante moving. After he wrapped me back up. The game became really close in the 4th quarter. 15 seconds were on the clock and the score was 28-28. Our team had the ball. The clock slowly went down. They kept getting blocked. Elijah passed the ball to Apollo who had Emiliano and Easton right behind him blocking people. Apollo ran the ball with 3 seconds on the clock. He got the touchdown. The crowd erupted as the buzzer ran. The triplets and his teammates ran to him.

"He fucking did it!," dad yelled. He and Coach Aiden walked to the players. Dante carried me onto the field. We walked over to the players and my brothers who were playing broke away from their team to come hug me. This was a big game for us. It is the beginning October so them winning the game means we move onto sectionals. I haven't been to a lot of games this season because of volleyball, but now I can because I'm hurt.

"You guys won!," I told them.

"Of course we did," Emiliano said. I rolled my eyes and hugged them tighter. The triplets let go and me and Apollo helped hold me so I was stable.

"I love you Ollo, but you need a shower you smell like shit. Please bring me over to Nico and Marcello," I tell him smiling. He rolls his eyes but helps me.

"I have to shower according to Al," Apollo says picking me up and putting me in between Nico and Marcello, Marcello helped me steady. Coach Aiden was talking to the news channel people. I hid a bit after my blow up earlier.

"Hey I gotta go to the locker room with the team," Nico tells us. He walks towards the tunnel while we stand there. Giovanni walks over to us.

"Alora," Giovanni says. I look at him. "How the hell do you smell like sweat?," he asks.

"Oh I was hugging the triplets and Apollo," I tell him.

"You better wash my hoodie," he tells me and I nod. We have one more games till homecoming, so the party tonight won't be as big. Nico, Emiliano, Easton, Elijah, Apollo, and me are hosting one at the party house. The school tradition is whoever the captain is hosts so since Nico is captain he hosts. Our cousins are coming and pretty much the whole school. I wasn't going to go because of everything, but the boys convinced me and guilt tripped me. We have to get there about an hour early to get ready. Some of our workers for that house already got stuff set out. I zoned back into dad walking up to me.

"Hey princess," dad said hugging me. "While to boys shower and get ready to leave can we talk about what happened?," he asks. I nod and we walk to the car. I text the boys and tell them where me and dad are. "Start from to beginning," he tells me.

"Gio and I walked out of the elevator and we noticed the paparazzi. The car was getting outside so when we walked out they were yelling there normal things. But this woman walked up and said 'Alora why were you so defensive about the Burt question?' I think it just triggered me. I couldn't control my mouth. It made me feel sick. After I finished talking everyone just look stunned. I bet if you look at the cameras or even TMZ it will be there," I said trying to make a little joke. Dad just frowned.

"I'm sorry princess," he said hugging me. "If I could prevent this I would," he tells me kissing my head.

"I know," I reply.

"Has anyone been messaging you?," he asks. I shrug.

"I haven't really looked at my phone," I tell him. I unlock and we both look. I don't have anything to hide so I don't care what he sees. My instagram had a bunch of notifications. So I clicked on that first. I had lots of mentions and new followers. I clicked on the first one which was actually TMZ. It was a screenshot of the article they published with the name 'The Princess of New York Opens Up.' All of the comments on the post were positive towards me. I smiled a bit. We looked through some more.

"Are you ok princess," dad asks.

"They understand," I tell him. We looked through more posts some people quoted me. We clicked on my Dm's all were full of people saying there story's. Article after article was good. Different people reached out to me. "I don't think I want to go to the party," I tell dad.

"That's ok I can text them and we can go home," dad tells me. I just kept scrolling. I felt accepted. I responded to some people. A bunch of my dad's famous friends were reposting what I said. A bunch of the Barbie cast reposted it to. America Ferrari even posted a picture of us from an event with a caption praising me. No one outside of the family knows what happened. I felt ashamed of it. Now I feel safe. Sure some will still judge me. But I can now help other people with what has happened to them.
