Chapter 19

Later that night when Tweeks dad came home, they all sat down for dinner. Tweek and his mom just sat there and ate dinner. His father didn't seem to notice since this is what they usually did.

"Son, how was your day?"

"Pretty good. It was kinda confusing, but that's how school is."

His father nodded, as the silence at the table got more awkward. It was always quiet but the air usually wasn't this tense.

"Today at the coffee shop, this kid walked in looking for you." His father said, breaking the silence.

Tweek looked up at his father, "What did he say?" Tweek asked.

"He said he hadn't seen you all day. I told you'd probably be at home."

"Maybe he was looking for me for something for school."

"Maybe.." His father said going back to his dinner.

Tweek finished his dinner and went back into his room. There wasn't much to do, so he ended calling Clyde.

As the phone rang, Clyde almost instantly picked up.

"Hello?" Tweek said.

"Hey Tweek, how come you wearn't at school?" Clyde asked.

"I wasn't feeling well." Tweek lied.

"Oh, are you coming tomorrow?" Clyde asked again.

"Yeah? Why wouldn't I?" Tweek asked.

"I guess because you're sick."

"I was sick. Not anymore."

"Oh."

"Yeah.."

"Hold on." Clyde said abruptly, "Craig wants to talk to you."

"Craig?" Tweek said, blushing at his name alone.

"Yeah we were hanging out." Clyde said.

"Kay..." Tweek said.

"Hi Tweek." Craig said.

"Hi Craig.." Tweek said, blushing slightly at the latter's voice.

"Do you wanna hangout with Me, Jimmy and Clyde tomorrow?" Craig asked.

"Yeah, but I have to work tomorrow." Tweek said.

"Can we do it after you get off?"

"Definitely."

"Okay, see you at school tomorrow." Craig said, concluding the conversation.

"Oh yeah, how come you wearn't at school?" Clyde asked, his voice present in the background.

"I already told you Clyde, I was sick." Tweek said.

"Oh yeah.." Clyde said.
