Worried Phone Call and Home

Everyone left the hospital after visiting you that day. You laid there on your bed having a stuffed animal to hug when there was thunder. You had a book and your phone with you.

You looked out the window as you saw (F/N) being offered a ride home from BTS. Then they drove off in the rain.

You dozed off and was startled by the ring.

"H-hello?" You answered. You looked at the clock. "1 AM..?"

"Sweetie? Is that you? Oh god I'm so glad you're okay!"

"M-mom?!" You felt tears already.

"Yes (Y/N)! It's me! How are you? What happened in that accident?"

"Wait.. Mom are you okay?" You asked trying to comprehend this situation.

"Me? Yes I'm fine! Now what happened to you?" She asked again, determined to get an answer.

"How did you even know?" You asked.

"Geez (Y/N), (F/N) called me! Now tell me what happened."

"No. Not until you tell me about you!"

You heard her sigh. "Alright fine. I've just been diagnosed with breast cancer. But I'm fine. I'm fighting alright?"

"Alright. But are you sure you're okay?" You asked again.

"So stubborn aren't you? We're in the same situation and you ask about me only." She teased.

"Moom.." You whined.

"C'mon sweetie. Tell me."

"The doctor told me I had broken a leg a couple of ribs."

"Oh (Y/N). Sounds like a lot of pain. Are you sure you're okay?"

"Yes mom." You yawned.

"Oh. I must be bothering you."

You yawned again. "No.. No."

"Honey, you're tired. I'll let you rest. I'll call you again. Annyeonghasaeo~"

Beep. Beep.

You laughed at your mom. "She's learning Korean, huh?"

~Time Skip~

During the week at the hospital, you had daily visits from (F/N) when she was done with work. And even BTS came in to visit you after they practiced.

Then you were released from the hospital. Your friend drove you back home.

You laid on the couch as (F/N) got ready for work.

"Hey, (F/N)." You said.

"Mhm?" (F/N) said, tying up her hair into a ponytail.

"Nothing~"

"Geez what's with you, (Y/N)? You've been so laid back and dreamy."

You giggled, not knowing either.

Your friend rolled her eyes and opened the door. "Alright. I'll be back around 5:00. Don't do anything stupid and stay inside the apartment."

"Bye (F/N)~" You waved back.

Click.

You sat up from the couch and grabbed your crutches. You walked into your room and grabbed a speaker from the closet. You hooked up your phone onto your speaker and put on a playlist.

Before you knew it, you began to sing along with the BTS songs, knowing every word.

Then you heard a ding from your phone.

It was a text from J-Hope.

"Hey (Y/N)! How are you feeling :D? Anyways, you know when we were talking about you and (F/N) coming over to watch us practice? Well you wanna come over tomorrow at 3:00? If you can please call back :) Bye bye <3"

You smiled at yourself and text back.

"We'll see. I'll call back after talking with (F/N) when she comes home from work. See you then J-Hobie :)"

~Time Skip~

"(Y/N)! I'm home!" (F/N) said opening the door. She dropped her bag and hung her coat.

You sat on the couch watching a movie. "Hey (F/N). How was work?"

"Today was pretty busy." She said sitting next to you. "Anything new?"

"Oh yeah.." You said and paused the movie. "J-Hope texted me." You handed her the text message J-Hope sent you. "Read."

She began to read. After every word, her face lit up. When done, she smiled.

"Of course we can go!" She said and hugged you. "Ooh, I need to find out what to wear." She said and got up from her couch and into your room.

You chuckled. "Alright. I'll call him."

You called his number and waited. After two rings. He answered.

"Hey, (Y/N)! So can you go?" He asked eagerly.

You laughed and smiled. "Of course we can go. Even if I'll be in crutches, I'll have fun."

You heard him laugh. "That's my girl."

Then you heard muffles.

"HI (Y/N)!"

"V..?" You said.

"Ahahahah sorry (Y/N) for this alien. I'll see you tomorrow. BYE!"

You laughed. "Bye J-Hope."

"BYE (Y/N)!! SEE YOU TOMORROW!" V yelled over the phone.

"Bye, V."

You laughed, sighed, and facepalmed. You couldn't believe you were falling for these dorks.
