Chapter 66

Yn pov
I entered the house after shopping and was greeted by jaehyun as soon as I entered.

"Oh hi princess, I'm so so sorry that I couldn't go with you to the shopping this time due to my work, but I'll go with you next time, and for now I have arrange a dinner for us on the roof top of a seven stat hotel with a beautiful view, so get ready till 8" jaehyun said and I nodded with a smile..

I started walking to my room but stopped by jaehyun's voice.

"Wahh"
"You smile after so long" jaehyun said.
"Did something good happen?" Jaehyun asked.

"Uh, I'll go get ready" I said with a simple face.

Time skip
After I got ready I was ready to go down stairs but then my phone buzzed.

I opened and I saw that I received a message from minghao.

"Yn...mingyu told me that you're going in dinner with jaehyun..be carefull, and safe..and can you provide me some info from there? About jaehyun? I can't do it with the help of mingyu as he isn't a trusted person for jaehyun that much but you are, he loves you, even if you do something against him right now he will still protect you, I need your help as well to get you out of there, I am trying my best here"

"Hm, I'll try my best as well, be carefull" I messaged

Should I see in our room?
I thought and looked around.

But there isn't anything hidden here from me, I'm sure about it.

"Yn come on we are getting late" I hear jaehyun said from outside.

I thought to do this work later and went to jaehyun.

Next day
I was roaming around the house as I have nothing to do but then I remembered my job given by minghao.

"Okay then from where should I start? Maybe basement?" I said.

After telling mingyu I went to the basement of the house.
There were no security guard like before so it was easy for me to get to every room there.

After entering so many rooms I finally entered in a room where there were many files.

And suitcases.

I got curious and opened the suitcases.

And there were small packets with white powder in it.
"What the-" I said and tried to guess what it is.

"It can't be a normal powder....drugs?" I asked myself in shock.
Then I went to files corner and opened them..

I found many drug case lists in it with some peoples face.
"It must be jaehyun's men who were smuggling drugs?" I asked myself.

Then I checked another file.

*PLANS* Was written on that file.

I opened and there were some plans for the next smuggling of drugs.

I thankfully had my phone with me so I quickly took photos of them and sent to minghao..

And then I received a call from mingyu.

"Hello?" I said whole checking another file.
"Yn come back quickly, jaehyun is here" mingyu said and I fastly hung up the call.

"I'm dead if he found out!" I said and run upstairs.

And then I was greeted by jaehyun as soon as I came upstairs.

"Oh my darling, my wife" he said and hugged me.

I didn't hug him back.
"Won't you hug me back?" He asked.
And then I did.

"Hm, so what were you doing in the basement?" He asked while combing my hair.

His men were looking somewhere else lime statues but mingyu was looking at me being worried.

I gulped my sliva and said.

"I aas bored so I thought to roam around" I said.
He got back and looked in my eyes.

"You are not supposed to go there, okay? I'll slide it this time but next time..." he smirked.

"Anyways, will you get me a cup of tea? Made by you?" He asked.
"Why not" I said and rushed to the kitchen.

"Wait!" He said.
"Your phone..." he said and feared to death.

Is he asking for my phone?
But where is it.?
I looked back.

"Here" jaehyun said while forwarding his hand in which he is holding my phone.
"O-Oh did I forget it there, sorry" I said and took it.
"Why are you so scared?" Jaehyun asked.
"No I'm not I'll go get you some tea" I said and went to the kitchen..

And as soon as I entered the kitchen my phone buzzed, getting attention from the working ladies in the kitchen.

Some are close to but some aren't.

I checked my phone and saw a message from minghao

《I'm leaving for Korea now, and will fight the case there, you know right your husband can't speak English that well? Haha, anyways, love you》

Then I messaged.
《Love you too, wait for me there!》

After making the tea, I went to our shared room and place that cup of tea at the side table of the bed at jaehyun's side.

He wasn't in the room so I waited while sitting on the couch.

He came out from the bathroom and I stood up..

He went to the bed and started drinking the tea while using his phone.

"You want to say something. Yn?" He asked.
"Uh-um yes" he said and placed his phone aside and gave me all his attention"
"Actually,  I am missing mom very much, can we go Korea?" I asked.
"We can call her here" He said.
"No I want to go Korea, I'm missing my home and mom as well" I said.
"Okay I'll see, if my work isn't much here, and yours as well!" He said.
