Boston, Massachusetts.

JAEMIN

A subtle groan escaped my lips as I cuddled against the blankets. Shortly, my body got pulled and embraced with warmth, immediately making me peek behind me. I chuckled at Jeno's morning gesture before turning around and snuggling close to him. My eyes shut, feeling comfortable under Jeno's arms; however, the moment didn't last. My phone rang, and I couldn't help but sigh annoyedly.

"I must go to get it," I sleepily said while looking at Jeno.

"Then, go," Jeno carelessly said, making me roll my eyes in response.

I rolled out of bed and put on my pajama pants, and while walking to the entrance, Jeno playfully threw a pillow at me. I dodged it as my jaw dropped at his action.

"Why?" I asked, confused.

"You put on your pants," Jeno pointed out, causing my cheeks to reddened.

"Ah! Control yourself, Lee Jeno!" I protested before throwing the pillow back at him. Without hesitation, I ran away and went for my phone in the guest's room.

"Who is it?" Jeno asked aloud.

"Renjun," I answered before walking back to Jeno. I grabbed my pajama shirt from the floor before jumping on the bed, but when I looked at Jeno, I hit his naked chest.

"Hey!" Jeno chuckled.

"Put your shirt on. Then, I'll answer," I stated.

"Why?" Jeno questioned, baffled.

"It's a video call," I clarified.

"Oh! Okay," Jeno didn't question further and did what I asked. Soon, I answered Renjun's call.

"You took too long to answer," Renjun instantly said once he saw me through the screen.

"I—I was asleep," I stuttered, remembering what happened last night. Jeno noticed, causing him to laugh, but I shut him by hitting his side.

"Sure!" Haechan shouted before approaching Renjun.

"Devil, how are you holding up?" Jeno asked once Haechan appeared.

"Everything is going well. Nothing has happened," Haechan said while exchanging glances with Renjun. He assented before scratching his head.

"What?" Haechan looked at him, confused.

"The news," Renjun mumbled.

"Oh! Yes—yes, something did happen," Haechan corrected.

"What?" I asked.
