It was spring break weekend at Lemonade. Josie was exhausted it was Saturday and she couldn't wait for Sunday to get here so she could relax. She was so over it. The college students were insufferable from the 18 and under crew trying to sneak in, and the dusty little boys trying to assault the dancers, to the admin work and providing great customer service to the ballers. Josie was beat on top of that Ricky had her doing marketing too the least she could have was some consideration and respect. Josie texted Erica back letting her know what happened.

Josie: Girl I'm livid not his "girlfriend Arielle" trying to check me at lunch. Like I don't get why these bitches envy me so much. If they lived with this fool they would be thinking otherwise

Erica: Yeah he needs to check her! And someone needs to check Raymond again. Girl im so sorry you're having a time

Josie: Yes girl how much do you want me to pay you?

Erica volunteered to watch Morgan and Jace with her mom so Josie could catch up on some sleep. She wouldn't know what to do without her best friend.

Erica: Girl you know Im not charging you

Josie sent her $200

Josie looked down at her panties to see she had come on her period. "Fuck" she said stuffing toilet paper between her legs to hold her over. She flushed the toilet walking out to wash her hands. Josie suddenly felt nauseous and had the meanest headache she needed food and to lay down. She hasn't eaten since the morning

"It was going on 11 p.m. She ran her fingers through her hair looking in the mirror. "I don't even know how Im alive right now," she said to herself. Life was starting to get to her. She walked out of the restroom walking across the hall to see that the office door was now closed. Josie knocked on the door "In a meeting" Ricky said

"I have to get something," Josie said. Ricky opened the door halfway. "Wassup? He asked.

"I need to get my purse," she said

"Can it wait? He asked

"No... I can't get my purse. She asked confused. Since when couldn't she walk in at her free will? "Hold on," he said closing the door in her face. Josie placed her hand on her hip she was now at that stage when Ricky didn't intimidate her too much. She was done with the disrespect. He opened the door handing it to her while talking to whoever he was speaking to. She peeked in to see some guys she had never seen before. "Don't slam the door on me" she said

"Josie leave" Ricky lowered his voice.

"Don't slam the door in my face.. are you crazy? She asked.

"Excuse me? He whispered

"You're so disrespectful," she said

"I'll talk to you later.... now leave" he demanded.

Josie placed her hand on her hip "If you keep it up, Im leaving you high and dry" she whispered. Ricky turned around "Give me one second," Ricky said stepping out of the office. He closed the door. "You said you were what? He asked. Josie felt a little scared but fuck it, it's not like he would hit her or beat her up. He needed her more than anything

"I said keep disrespecting me and I'll quit matter of fact. I'll tell everyone that you cheated on me" she scoffed. The both of them were now arguing in the lowest setting. Ricky lifted his brow he didn't take threats well. "You would never... I don't have time for your games" he said

"Oh I will... and your corporate friends hate cheaters they'll lose all respect for you" she whispered.

"I'll deal with you later... go take a walk outside or something cuz you trippin" he whispered. He went back inside slowly closing the door.
