Hi dear readers
This is regarding the accusation thrown at me by an author from another app.
According to her I had copy pasted her story...then she said I translated her story...then she had spat that I used family issues as an excuse to cover up the fact that I copied the story.
I was hurt and had reverted by replying that neither have I read her story nor have a plan to read it.But I discussed the same with another author @BabyofSun Ankita Ghosh and she advised me to read her story to get a better understanding.
So here is what I found out from her story as much as I read it...
Story line is almost same I agree but so are thousands of stories in Wattpad....almost all forced stories in Wattpad have this same cliche story line and I had mentioned this at the beginning of the story...
Now to the similarities /differences
Her Story
Male lead forces Female lead to sleep with him to save her uncle.
FL lives with her uncle evil aunt evil cousin (sister) and good cousin sister.
ML is doctor.
ML is single child.
ML is Female lead's cousin.
My story
ML forces FL to sleep with him to save her dad.
FL lives with her dad evil stepmom, evil step sister and good stepbrother.
ML is doctor....the reason my old readers might know...since I wanted a crossover with my previous story My Untainted Love.
ML has a sister Avni.
ML is not related to FL.
And except for the same storyline though different in a lot of ways and I think it is nothing but a coincidence none of the chapters match her story like her accusation...it is totally different version from as much as I read.I didnt read completely though but from my understanding it has nothing to do with my writing.I don't know which idiot reader read this story and complained to her....let God bless her...Thank you for destroying my peace of mind during this time of difficulty.
And I know my most of my loyal readers left me because I didn't update at all....really sorry guys...that's only thing I can do now...I had planned a sequel with Akshat and Mili as well but was stuck...I even forgot the characters name except for Mili and Dev ....had to read again....thanks to readers who spread negativity....And thanks to them I took down Davina completely and published My Untainted Love in parts....I didn't take down Only Mine because this author and her minion might say that I got scared....so I haven't removed it....if my story is reported also I'm not worried at all...let God decide my story's fate....But a lesson well learned for me....Never to keep your story free on Wattpad...
What are your views on this dear readers?
...Since my Untainted Love and Davina is not under contract it is not visible on Goodnovel...I tried to paste the link on the message board but Wattpad is deleting it...also I tried to send the link to a reader on insta but it was showing some other story...Will update you all regarding this soon..
