Karma used the potted plant and swung it at Grip's head, but Grip grabbed it without a problem and snapped it into half. He commented, "Weak, you should look for a better weapon nu."

Grip started to punch Karma at a fast rate, but Karma managed to dodge them and block by using his arms. He was evading and deflecting everything. It was pretty amazing... However, I always thought Karma was more of the offensive type, where did he learn these defensive movements? They also seemed similar... Weren't they... Karasuma's?

Grip stopped and asked, "What's wrong? If you don't attack you'll never be able to get past here nu."

"I wonder about that~" Karma replied. "The more I keep you busy, the easier everyone else can get past you." Karma cracked his knuckles and smirked. "Don't worry. I won't do anything sneaky like that. I'll go on the offense this time. I want to fight you fair and square. Let's do this hand to hand, man to man." Karma got into an offensive stance.

"That's a nice expression nu, young warrior," Grip commented. "I feel like I can experience it if it's against you nu. A fair figt you can't find in the assassination world that is."

Karma charged forward and started to attack on offensive swiftly. He was pushing Grip back by quite a lot. It shocked me. I knew Karma was pretty strong, but I never thought he would be on equal level as a top assassin. Then Grip's back was open, it was a chance for Karma! Karma charged in and tried landing a punch, however Grip released quite a lot of smoke behind him. Karma fell to the ground, weak.

"One down," Grip said. "It was dragging out for a while so I tried out Smog's anesthesia gas nu."

"Th-That's dirty. How can you call it fair when you're hiding something like that?" Yoshida asked.

"I never said that I would only use my hands nu," Grip replied as he grabbed Karma's head up. "Don't over-obsess over your obsession. That's another secret you learn from being in this business long enough nu. A spray of gas from point blank. Unless you're expecting it, there's no way you can defend against it."

Then a spray of gas blew against Grip's face and he fell to the ground after taking it in. Karma revealed his smirking face that was covered by a cloth. He did not take in any of the gas. Karma laughed, "What a coincidence. We were thinking the same thing." I sighed in relief that my target was alive. I should have never underestimated him. Grip took out his knife and charged at Karma, but Karma flipped him over easily. "Come on Terasaka, hurrry up. We need duct tape and numbers to win against a monster like this."

Terasaka sighed, "All right... All right..." Everyone started charging and landed on Grip as he screamed in pain. "Your promise for a bare handed one on one was all bullshit huh?"

Then they started to tie Grip up according to Karasuma's instructions.

"I siped the leftovers that the poison man didn't use. I thought it would be a waste to just throw it away," Karma said.

"How... My gas attacks... You didn't breathe it in because you saw it coming. I only showed you my bare hands... so how...?" Grip asked.

"Isn't it obvious? I was looking out for everything other than your bare hands," Karma replied. "I'm sure you really did want to haver a barehanded fight, but in this situation a pro wouldn't continue to use their bare hands. In order to stop us here, you would need to use any means necessary. If I were in your shoes, that's what I would do. I believed in your consciousness as a pro because I believed that, I was on alert."

"... You're really something young warrior. Although I lost, I had a fun time nu," Grip said.

"Eh? What are you talking about?" Karma asked and took out two tubes. "The fun is just about to start."
