"Bell... Bell, get up," Rose said shaking me. I groaned, waking up. I stretched and sat up, rubbing my eyes.
"What do you want?" I asked groggily, looking at Rosalie who was pulling clothes out of my closet.
"You have to get ready for your breakfast with Edward, silly," she threw me a bundle of clothes. "put those on."
Oh, yeah. My breakfast 'meet-up' with my upcoming costar. I felt the nerves beginning to overcome me again and I began shaking slightly.
"Bella, relax!" Rosalie breathed, rolling her eyes. "Like you always say, he's just a guy."
I sighed and went into the bathroom, changing into the dark red cotton tank-top with one inch straps and black distressed skinny jeans. I walked back into the bedroom and pulled on my red allstars with white laces.
"Come here," Rosalie commanded from the vanity.
I walked over and sat on the cushioned stool and Rosalie began fiddling with my hair.
"How about..." she curled the ends of my hair and then French braided two front pieces of my hair into the back.
"I love it!" I told her, turning around to her. "Thanks, Rose,"
"You're welcome. Now, let's go get you to that cafe!"
--=+=+=--
We pulled up to the small cafe downtown and Rosalie dropped me off. She had a meeting with Edward's manager this morning as well, so I had to meet Edward alone. Yay.
I said my goodbyes before walking hesitantly into the warm cafe. The delicious aroma of bacon surrounded my nose, and the humming chatter of everyone in the building was only background noise.
"I'm looking for Edward Cullen?" I asked the woman. She nodded and led me to a table that was in a back room separate from the rest of the cafe, because people were trying to get to him.
As I closed the door behind me, I took in how the room was like a second cafe of its own. The dark wood flooring made my footsteps echo and I heard the sizzling of the deep-fryer from the kitchen over the counter behind the single table in the middle of the room.
He was sitting there holding a menu. I saw his tousled bronze hair in a gorgeous - I mean, casual disarray. I walked up to the table and say down, keeping good posture as I waited for him to put the menu down.
Listening to my noisy entrance, he slowly placed the menu back on the table and looked at me amusedly.
Immediately I felt myself lost in his sparkling emerald eyes. He had a strong jaw and inhuman beauty. The films and interviews had not done him justice on how he really looks.
"Hi," he said, a smile playing on the corner of his cocky lips.
I shook my head, trying to rid myself of the thoughts of possibly thinking him as cute. I was right. He is arrogant.
I nodded once curtly at him. "Hi."
"You're Isabella?"
"Just Bella,"
"Just Bella," he repeated, smirking.
"And you're Edward?"
"Yeah, I am."
"You're playing Mason in Heartstrings." It wasn't a question. He nodded.
"You're playing Serenity."
