Now with a clearer mind, Biao Feng was able to look around the home a bit more. The apartment was quite small with only one bedroom, a conjoined living room and kitchen, and a bathroom. Similar to Bai Wei's laboratory, the space was completely devoid of any colors. Everything was in shades of white with an occasional off-white color except for the greyish wood floors. Additionally, the furniture was only the bare minimum. It reminded Biao Feng of a show room for people looking to tour the apartments. It was just enough to portray that someone could live here, not that someone actually did.

Biao Feng couldn't stop the sense of unease that spread over him as he observed the home. It felt as though Bai Wei treated himself as a mere place holder even in his own life. Like he was prepared to disappear at any moment. He couldn't help but think, how little must one care for themselves to willingly live in this kind of environment, purposefully devoid of any warmth....

After checking that Biao Feng was stabilized, Bai Wei then turned his attention to the kitchen. He quickly warmed up two microwaved meals and gave one to Biao Feng's body. Bai Wei led Biao Feng's body to a small dining table that was over to the side to sit and eat. Upon command, Biao Feng's body imitated him and the two quietly finished their dinners within a matter of minutes.

Once they were done, Bai Wei took the now empty container from Biao Feng and stepped outside to dispose of their trash in the large dumpster at the back of the apartment. Biao Feng was curious at what Bai Wei was doing so he followed and realized the home didn't even have a trashcan.

Was this really where Bai Wei lived?

Biao Feng grew increasingly curious about the character of Bai Wei. He knew that geniuses were strange creatures so he never questioned Bai Wei's previous actions. However, this new observation had finally tipped his scales and Biao Feng began to reevaluate Bai Wei not as a genius scientist but as another human being.

Namely, people's work persona and outside persona tend to be very different, but Bai Wei's life seemed never-changing. In fact, it seemed that Bai Wei's life outside of work was more bare than his work life. Bai Wei's lifestyle was like his favorite color, white. Beautiful and pristine on the outside, but lacking any substance underneath. This left Biao Feng filled with questions, but had no where to vent so he did the only thing he could: observe.

Once Bai Wei was back in the apartment, the first thing he did was to wash his hands. He made a look of disgust while looking at his hand and then went to take a shower. After changing clothes, Bai Wei gave Biao Feng's body instructions for washing in the shower. Since coming home, Bai Wei had been giving all of his instructions with a quiet voice that could barely be heard if you weren't close. Looking at the scene, Biao Feng felt quite satisfied. Bai Wei's voice was only ever heard by him and him alone. In a way, you could say it belonged to him. Of course, most of his joy was quickly over shadowed by embarrassment. It was just too strange for Biao Feng to see himself being instructed like a child from a third person's point of view.

After they were both clean and fed, Bai Wei instructed Biao Feng to sit at the table in the kitchen area. He went to the door and grabbed the small notebook that he had been working in all day. After grabbing the notebook, he walked back towards Biao Feng and sat directly on the table in front of Biao Feng. Bai Wei even put his legs on either side of Biao Feng. With such close proximity, it looked like the two were embracing and Biao Feng's soul over to the side was naturally shocked. His face felt hot and he instinctively covered the spicy scene with his hands however....
