it was a hot summer saturday and you were over at shawns place. you guys had nothing planned to do so you sit on the couch brainstorming.

"mall?" you asked.

"we do that all the time..." shawn whines. "video games?"

"you let me win way too much." you laugh nervously. "hey! what about swimming? in your backyard?"

"amazing, y/n! you blew my mind!" he sarcastically says but laughs and tickles you.

soon you were both upstairs getting changed into your bathing suits. apparently he has one of your bikinis which kinda made you shock. but knowing shawn, he would steal some of your things that look "dazzling" on you and keep them for odd reasons.

you were waiting downstairs scrolling through twitter when you heard footsteps. before you can turn back to your phone, you felt a strong pair of arms pick you up off the ground. "shawn, put me down!" you screamed while laughing. you hit and punch him trying to get him to put you down but it didnt work.

he soon put you down because of how funny it was that you wanted to get down. he pulls away and your eyes go wide at the view you were seeing which was his toned abs and muscular biceps. (a/n c'mon girls let me hear those screams😏😂)you were soon interrupted by a cough that escape from shawns mouth and locked eyes with him. "like what you see? you can certainly take a picture. itll last longer." he smirks.

you blush and run to his backyard without saying anything back. you were gazing at the sky and admiring how beautiful it was until you were pushed into the pool. you rise up and realized that shawn pushed you. you get out and start chasing after him but soon stopped and started laughing because shawn just tripped over a water hose laying on the ground.

you cover your mouth to keep hold of your laughter but it didnt work. it just made you laugh harder. "karma, bitch." were the only words that came out of your mouth. shawn just gave you a glare. he picked up the hose and started talking to it. you start laughing once again at how weird shawn can be when hes around you.

you walk in front of him to see that he put the hose in his mouth with water coming out at the corner of his lips. you take in every appearance that you see while you stare at him. hes such a dork and youre lucky to have him. as he spits out the water and puts the hose back in his mouth, you say, "i would say god bless you but it looks like he already did!"

when shawn heard what you said to him, the water in his mouth came flowing out because he just opened his mouth from laughing. "why thank you, y/n! you just made this day even better. but my knee still hurts from tripping over this piece of shit."

you kiss his cheek and ran to the pool leaving him dumbfounded but soon chased after you and started swimming around with him for once.
