blind love

you were on the highway headed home from work. your eyes were focused on the road until you heard a loud thud from the side top of your car. it makes you jump out of your seat wondering what happened.

you parked along the grass side of the highway and hopped out of your car searching for the sound that came out of nowhere. you look up and you see a bridge road on top of the highway. there was a black jeep wrangler hanging while it broke off the cement sides. the drivers door was opened and no one was in the vehicle.

you gasped and run over to the hill to see if the driver jumped out before the person got into the sudden incident.

you see a figure wearing a black leather jacket and skinny jeans. you run over to the figure and bend down to the laid body.

you pick his head up and examine his unfamiliar face and scars, bruises, and scratches were exposed. you panic at the thought of everything happening so fast. you sigh and quickly drag him to the back of your car to drive him to the hospital. he hasnt woken up yet and that car accident couldve caused his life but you checked his breathing before you left the highway and it was perfectly normal.

you had a panic attack and you started breathing heavily while tears started streaming down your face. you thought, i dont even know this person but i should help him because its the right thing to do.

you arrived at the hospital and rushed to get to the ER. you called a nurse and they took the body from you and got him a room leaving you at the entrance of the facility.

you went to the front desk to let them know that you'll be visiting him once he recovers. they asked for your contacts and other personal information to keep in touch with you. and soon you left to go back home.

A WEEK LATER...

SHAWNS POV

i woke up to the sound of beeping from a heart monitor. i look at my arm to see all these ivs attached. my head had a wound gauge/bandage wrapped all around. "what happened to me?" you whispered to yourself.

"you got into a car accident." a middle-aged nurse said sternly. you jumped out of your hospital bed scared because you thought you were alone.

"oh... right. uh miss, how did i get here?" you asked.
