A good cry was something Rosie really needed.

"It's okay to cry." Melissa softly explained to her after she profusely apologized for her tears. "Crying doesn't make you weak. It makes you human."

After all that she's been through Rosie couldn't really disagree. She deserved to let her emotions out and she definitely deserved to cry, but she sure as hell wasn't fond of it.

"Sometimes a good cry is the best remedy." Lydia added on with a heartwarming smile.

Rosie returned the smile, although it wasn't as bright as the red-heads. She turned her head to the side to look at Derek who moved from hugging her to leaning against the wall. He was back to his brooding self, but when she met his eyes a hint of an expression she couldn't detect flashed before he went back to his normal state.

"Do you think you're ready to talk about it?" Melissa asked.

This caught Derek's attention, his eyes narrowed at Rosie, awaiting her answer. His gaze sent a shiver down her spine.

"I want to." Rosie finally said. "I really do. You have all been so nice and welcoming to me. I want to tell you, all of you, everything." She finished and looked from Melissa, to Lydia, and finally, to Derek.

He could see the nervousness in her eyes, they could all see it. Derek could feel Melissa and Lydia staring at him, silently urging him to do something. To get her to open up like he did before. To use the trust she had in him.

"Rosie." Derek advanced closer to her. "We want to help you. But, you need to talk to us, you need to tell you everything." He said glancing at Melissa and Lydia who nodded in agreement.

Just then, a beeping noise went off.

The sensitivity from her ear caused Rosie to flinch, something Derek noticed.

"Are you needed?" Lydia asked.

"Yeah, sorry." Melissa replied as she checked her pager. "Lives can't save themselves." She joked, and with an apologetic smile, turned to Rosie. "Whatever happened to you, we want to hear it. We all want to help you and I wouldn't do this unless I really think it's important so I'm going to go ahead and get Stiles' dad to come down here."

When she noticed Rosie's confusion, Lydia spoke up. "He's the sheriff around here. He can help find whoever hurt you." She genuinely said.

Rosie looked to Derek for reassurance. Lydia and Melissa couldn't help but notice she did that a lot, she looked to him if she wasn't sure about something. A single nod from Derek was all Rosie needed.

"Okay." Rosie agreed.

"Great. I'll let Sheriff Stilinski know." Melissa said with a smile. "Why don't you guys come back when it's my lunch break and we'll all meet here?"

When they all agreed at the time, they went their separate ways. Melissa went back to work and Lydia went back to school; she had a couple free periods and 'nothing to do', was her response to a motherly talk from Melissa on why she wasn't in school.

The walk out of the hospital was slightly relieving for Rosie. She was glad she had more time to think about her meeting Sheriff Stilinski, and finally opening up about her past.

Derek was silent as they exited the hospital. He was anxious for later. He was also hungry.

"Do you mind if we stop somewhere to eat?" Derek asked as he unlocked his car.

Rosie shook her head as she slid inside. "That's fine." Rosie said.

They ended up at a diner. It had a very homey feeling, Rosie immediately liked it. Upon entering the establishment, they were seated by an older hostess, with a friendly smile, who seemed to recognize Derek.
