Aliyah P.O.V.

I climbed out of the car, as soon as Cordarius pulled up infront of the hospital. "You want me to come with you?" I shook my head, shutting his car door. "No, I got it from here."

"You sure?"

"Yeah, I have to make sure my brother's good, and besides, my mama was looking for me, so I have to deal with her drama." He chuckled. "Ight, call me when everything's good."

"I will." He winked at me before pulling off. I turned around and took a deep breath before walking inside of the hospital.

I walked straight up the the reception desk and waited for the lady to give me her attention. "Hi, Im here to see August Alsina Junior....he was just sent here not to long ago I think."

The lady nodded, typing something into her computer. "Are you family?" I nodded, reaching into my bag for my ID.

She looked at it before nodding her head. "Okay, he's on the fourth floor, room 408, let me print you a visitor's pass."

I took a small sigh of relief, waiting for her to hand me my pass.

"Thank you." I slightly mumbled, taking the pass out of her hand. I sped walked over to the elevators, hitting the up button until the doors opened.

I waited for everyone to step outof the elevatr, before I stepped on it. I hit the number 4 and waited for the doors to close.

I was suprised that mama or daddy hadn't called me once on my way over here. Cordarius probably told Marcus we were on the way,

I walked through the double doors and frowned once I seen so many people in the hallway. Mama and daddy were here of course, and so was Marissa, but I shocked to see the whole basketball team chilling in the hallway, and most importantly Marcus.

I didn't even know that him and AJ talked at all, so I wasn't sure why he was here. I glanced over at Marissa, who was sitting down, wiping her face as if she had been crying. I would have went over to see if she was okay, but from the way she dissed me earlier, Im sure she didn't want me to, as much as I didn't want too.

"Aliyah!" Mama called for me down the hall. I took a deep breath as she approached me, not in the mood for te bullshit I knew that was about to come out her mouth.

"Where have you been?? And what the hall happened to you?" She asked, touching my messy hair. After my fight with Meeka, Corarius and I rushed over here, so I didn't have a chance to make myself look decent before seeing mama.

I slightly pushed her hand away, sighing. "I was with a friend...and Im fine."

She frowned. "What friend?? And why didn't you tell me you left the game?? Why were you even leaving the game?? This was a big night for your brother Aliyah." I sighed.

"Sigh one more damn time." She started. "Im still waiting for a answer." I opened my mouth to speak, but stopped once I seen daddy coming up to us.

"Simone." Mama turned around to face him. "The doctor wants to speak with us." She sighed, nodding her head.

She turned back to me and looked me up and down.

"You know what." She started. "There's more important thins going on right now, so go sit down and I'll just handle you later." She shook her head and walked back over to where daddy was.

***********

"So let me guess." I started. "You saw me leave with Cordarius, so you snitched on me to my parents, that's cute." He frowned, looking me up and down. "I ain't snitch on you." He started.
