TOGETHER FOREVER?//Sequel to 'I LOVE MY ENEMY!'

GIVE ME SOME ADVICE!

So as u can see in the title,it says 'GIVE ME SOME ADVICE!'..... I really need your advice even if your a girl or boy.

So here's my situation:

I like someone *not gonna tell who it is*.... He doesn't know it and were really close. We joke around each other,tease each other,and goof around each other.

I wanna tell him I like him but there was this someone...

Someone that like me *not gonna tell who it is either*... He says to me that he truly like me and after his confession,he just starts doing weird things.

Like he told one of his friends-who is my friend too- to tell him all my actions. That's like stalker-ish! I told him he needs to do effort on me.

All I want is to him give me a love letter every time he needed too. Like how will he express his feelings to me but no..he wouldn't do anything at all...

So guys what should I do? Should I tell the guy I like my feelings for him or give the other boy a chance?

I am confuse and I can not get advises from my friends since they're busy with they're own love life!
