Ashton-
Today was the reaping. You and your big brother Ashton were walking to the Justice building to sign in. You got there, they pricked your finger and separated you from Ashton.

Here it goes Effie Trinket stood there, right above the girls names. She cleared her throat and pulled a piece of paper from the bowl.

"The tribute from district 12 (y/n)!" She called. You stood there frozen you couldn't believe what's happening. Two peace keepers directed you to the stage. You stood their motionless.
"For the boys Peeta Mellark" you were unfamiliar with this boy's name.
"I VOLUNTEER!" You heard some yell. The peace keepers found who it was and pulled him from the crowd.
