Samantha's P.O.V.
Itachi and I made it just in time.
Or so I thought.
I looked at Sakura and to my f*ckin' horror, she had a curse mark.
After a really annoying conversation with our enemies I snapped and charged towards Kabuto at a speed unimaginable.
I felt a little satisfaction as I pushed him into a few trees, breaking them in the process, and then I stopped, grabbing him by the throat and hoisted in the air.
My grip was so strong blood came from my fingers and was dripping down his throat.
"What? I really wanted to see your ninjutsu types." Kabuto smirked.
I threw him into 5 more trees before he collapsed onto the ground.
"I'd rather do this simply." I shrugged as I got a summoning scroll.
With a quick swipe, I brought out a pair of twin katana.
A gift from Sakura when I became a Jounin.
"Mom, Dad, I finally became Jounin!" I exclaimed as I ran around the room.
I was 14 at the time.
"That's great honey!" My mom hugged me.
"Congradulations." My dad told me.
"I know!" I screamed happily.
My parents both laughed at my eagerness.
Sakura ran into the room, tripping over her own feet.
"Samantha! " She panted.
She looked up and smiled hugely.
"I heard you became a Jounin! You must be really strong!" She complimented.
"Yeah, I guess so." I laughed.
"Well I made somethin for you Sis. I had a Sensei and the shopkeeper down the street help me." Sakura continued.
"Really?" I asked.
"Mhm! Took a long time too. I did most of the work but the nice Sensei and The Shopkeeper helped me with the hard parts." She nodded.
I knelt down to her level.
"What is it? Are you going to keep telling me and not give it to me?" I joked.
"Let me go get it!" Sakura grinned.
A moment later she returned with a big brown bag.
"I didn't have time to wrap it because I thought you might've already gone on a mission." She trailed off.
"No worries, it is really sweet you gave me a gift and its the thought that counts!" I smiled.
I opened the bag and gasped.
Sakura gave me a twin pair of Katana.
They had a sleek pink handle, a shade darker than my hair, bejeweled with black diamonds, and had a reddish sash hanging off the ends. It even had a secret compartment inside the blade.
"You made these for me?" I asked in shock.
"If you don't like it I can get you something else if you want.." Sakura looked at the ground.
"Sakura these are amazing!" I said in awe.
I gave her a big hug.
"Thanks so much! I'll keep it forever!" I smiled brightly.
"Promise?" Sakura looked me in the eye.
"I promise." I replied happily.
"Still can't believe I've kept this one promise all these years." I muttered to myself.
I unsheathed them and and ran towards Kabuto, who was clutching his stomach in pain.
"Can't wait to see you die today!" I grinned.
"In your dreams." He scoffed.
"Whatever you say." I shruggedas I stabbed him in the stomach.
A log appeared in his place.
I growled.
If there's one thing me and that snake b*stard have in common, it's our hatred for logs.
"Stupid logs." I mumbled.
I felt Kabuto's chakra prescence behind me.
I turned my head to see him with a chakra filled fist aiming for my heart.
My eyes widened since I knew I couldn't avoid it.
'Well, here goes nothing.' I thought.
I swung my katana against his fist.
With a loud crash, I slammed into a tree.
Kabuto was uneffected from my block.
He was coming closer..
I sighed.
He should've learned long ago not to mess with me.
Samantha Haruno.
