Chapter Eleven

I felt a strong pair of arms wrapped around me. I opened my eyes and found him lying beside me. I couldn't help but smile looking at his face. He looked so innocent.

He opened his eyes slowly and I realized that I was staring. I suddenly looked away.

He loosened his grip around me as he got up from the bed. I watched as he stretched himself. I couldn't help but notice his muscles moving in a reflex movement under his shirt. I followed him out of bed stretching myself a little and then I walked towards the bathroom to have a shower.

Jason was nowhere to be seen as I walked back to the room. I walked downstairs towards the hall. He was sitting on the couch relaxing.

"Ready?" He asked as he noticed me.

"Ready for?" I asked.

He narrowed his eyes at me. I stared at him in confusion.

"Haven't you packed yet? I told you I was taking you to the estate. Didn't I?"

Shit! I forgot that.

I forgot the reason he was here. I nodded. With that I went back to the room and started packing. What the hell will I tell mom? But I need to stay alive to tell her something. And for staying alive I needed to go with him. Atleast thats what I thought.

"Lets go," I said dragging my bag with me downstairs.

He looked up to me as he got up from the couch. He made his way towards me. He took my bag from my hands as he exited the house. I followed locking the door behind me.

"Have you got your car here?"

"Nah we're flying,"

I felt the sudden urge to punch him at this but deeply I was happy. He's being sarcastic. He's being the old Jason again. The Jason he was before he attacked me.

"What?" He said and I realised I was grinning at him like an idiot.

"Nothing," I shook my head.

I took my place in the passenger seat as he started the engine.

The ride went silently as he stopped outside a large gate. After waiting for several moments it opened. It made a rustling noise. I realised that I had heard that noise before. We entered through the gates. I was amazed as the gates automatically closed after we were inside. He parked the car.

Then it hit me. I had heard that noise on the phone. After he followed me to my house. So after leaving me he came here. He came to the estate. And after that he became all crazy and rude. So maybe that night something had happened.

He stepped out of the car. I was going to get out of the car but he appeared infront of my door and opened it for me. That surely took me by surprise. That was too much of a gentleman behaviour for him.

"Thanks," I said as I stepped out.

There was a path leading to a large building. Saying large would be an understatement. It was a giant castle. The ones we see in cinderella and the other fairy tales. Talking about the path that led to the estate it was a large path covered by trees and grass by its side. I was expecting a dark place with no trace of sunlight. Afterall they were vampires. But I was proved wrong. Sunlight filtered the place. Sunrays danced on the leaves and the grass shined like pure glass.
