I watch as Joe runs around with Hannah and Max chasing them in the grass as we sit outside of the pool.
"Be careful you three."
My mum says as she sits next to me in one of the lounge chairs patting my shoulder.
"How are you doing darling?"
"I'm well mum how are you?"
"I'm doing just fine how's coming out as a couple been for you two?"
"A bit difficult there's always some hate that gets a little too much but we're handing it together."
"The thing that is important is that you're happy, are you happy Caspar?"
Watching Joe run and cause the kids to giggle I smile nodding my head.
"I'm very happy mum very very happy."
