May was getting worse. Her fever was now 106 degrees. Abigail claims that she is the Prince's new favorite. And Queen Eadlyn is slowly slipping from her queenly duties. Could things get worse.

Apparently they can.

"Hurry Miss!" Sara yells waking me up.

"What?" I ask rubbing my eyes to awaken myself.

"It's the rebels miss! You must hurry!" Sara replies handing me my robe and slippers. I put them on and run out.

"Wait Sara, do you have somewhere safe to go?" I ask.

"Yes miss. They have a safe room for the staff. Go!" She shouts heading in the other direction.

I sprint to the safe room but it's locked. I spin around looking for a guard but instead, a rebel was heading my direction. I open my mouth to scream but he quickly covers it.

"It's alright Lady Georgia. I may be a rebel but I don't agree with their ways of getting what they want." The man, maybe 18, with black scruffy hair and tan skin that is similar to mine and dark blue mysterious eyes says.

"What do you want?" I ask quietly. I still wasn't sure if he was bad or good, not to mention he was incredibly attractive.

"We will talk about that in precious time. Take me someplace safe and I can inform you and your Prince about the rebels." He whispers in my ear, sending chills down my back.

"Can I at least know who you are?" I ask pulling on his arm.

"Henry Illea. Can we get to safety now?" He asks turning his head to look over his shoulder at me like I'm the most aggravating person in the world.

I ignore his statement and lead him down the halls to where one of the staff safe room are. I press on the wall when I hear voices heading our way.

"Hurry!" Henry whines.

"Shut up!" I snap back. I've had a pretty bad day. I wasn't in the mood for this crap.

I open the door and we both tumble in. Gunshots ring and I swing the door close gasping for air. Henry sits down on the bench by a sink while I make my way to a small makeshift bed thing on the floor.

"Illea is your last name?" I ask and Henry nods, "But that would mean you're supposed to be king."

"I understand so. My grandfather August, didn't want the crown and neither do I. They want a democracy and I don't agree with that but I do agree that you and your boyfriend's family has problems and you need to offer jobs. People are sick, homeless, tired. They just want you to notice them." He walks toward me as he was talking and now kneels so I can see him eye to eye.

"Just notice us." Henry says while tracing his fingers on my jaw line. I almost think that it was a romantic attempt but he flung my head back when letting go.

He sits back on his bed while touch my throbbing head. There was just a bit of a bump but really, who does he think he is?

3 hours tick by and I jump when I hear the door unlock. A guard appears and sighs with relief. He holds his chest with one hand and motions us to come up with the other.

"Thank goodness! The royals have been worried sick trying to find you." He informs me.

I run out the door, "Where are they?"

"The Kings study, Miss." The guard responds

"Thank you." I say as I grab Henry's hand and run up the stairs to the study.

Should I knock or just barge in? For some reason, Henry thought it was his decision so he just ran in. The family jumps in their seats and looks at me and then Henry. Cole's eyes burn with hate as he see's Henry and me so close.

"Georgia, I'm glad your ok. Who is this?" Eadlyn asks

I'm about to explain but Henry opens his big mouth and starts, "I'm Henry Illea. I was apart of the rebels and I'm here to discuss what they want." King Kile and Cole drop their jaws.

"Il-...Illea?" Cole stutters

"Yes."
