I am 33 weeks pregnant! I moved back home. My hometown is Taylors Falls, Minnesota. The population is about 973. I have always loved small towns, but the great thing about is it's only 51 miles from Minneapolis. The reason I like being close to Minneapolis is because they have great shopping, good restaurants, and the Minnesota Vikings play there. They are my favorite NFL football team. I grew up a Minnesota fan. Love them. I am finishing my degree at the local community college. I am becoming a high school English teacher. I also turned 22 years old. My life is going pretty good, but I know it's about to get crazy.
The doctors have set a c-section date! My babies will be here October 31! My original due date was November 21.
Anyways, I have my baby shower today. I am excited. I am revealing their names and genders today. I'm excited. I hope everyone likes the name. My best friends from high school. Isabelle Lake and Mariella Ball. We kept in touch when we went to college and now we're all back together again! They have been back for a year, but only because they finished their degrees before me.

Everybody is here now. We are playing pin the egg in the ovary. It's some demented form of pin the tail on the donkey. It makes me want to throw up.
After everyone had their turn we found out who won. Nayvee Franco won. She is a co-worker from when I worked at Macy's in high school. After giving her an apple pie as her prize, it was time to open gifts, but first I was going to announce their names and genders
"Okay! Everybody, it is name and gender time, then gift time!" Isabelle said loudly. I then stood up. "Okay so, the genders are... 2 boys and 1 girl!" I said loudly. Everyone did their own little celebrations, then I moved onto the names. "Baby A's name is Tatum James Burk. Baby B's name is Dalton Ennis Burk. Finally, baby C, my little girl's name is Athena Mae Burk." Everyone said their thoughts about the names to the people around them. I talked to the people around me and then I stood and said, "gift time!" After everyone settles down we start opening gifts.

Today is the day right before my c-section. My babies get here tomorrow! Ugh! Tomorrow just can't come fast enough. Today I am finishing up unpacking stuff in the house I just started renting. It is a two bedroom that is in Minneapolis. I love living here because it is easier to get to the stores.

I am about to go in for my c-section. My mom is going to be in there and the rest of my family will be in the waiting room.
