I walked in the hospital to see everyone standing around while Josiah was bent down praying for Diamond. He's told me a lot about his family, I guess these other folks are Jas, Zoe, AJ, and Des.
"Officer Jay what you doing here?" I stood there at the door as I was approached by Jas. "I came to check on Josiah. He's on house arrest so I'll have to do daily visits since he got out earlier than next month." Jas looked confused. "I understand that but he was just released." I nodded my head. "Yes he was, I also need to speak to you two privately if it's okay but not here." She looked back at Jo. "Yeah that's cool, we're about to go home. You have the address I'm sure right?" I nodded again. "Yes I do. I'll go pick up something to eat. See you then."
I left the hospital and stopped by a Chinese place to get everyone something to eat. When I pulled up at their home they were already there. "Come on in OJ." Josiah grabbed the sodas out my hand. "Why do you call me OJ?" He chuckled and looked at me. "Saying Officer Jay is a lot. That's a whole breath... Officer Jay? OJ? Which did I say quicker?" I laughed. "OJ." He smiled at me. "See, now you understand." I shook my head and chuckled at him as I made my way to the living room where Jas was already sitting. "Nice place, real nice." She turned the TV off.
"So what brings you here Officer Jay?" I looked at Jas. "You can call me Jay." I took a deep pause. "Uhm, Jeffrey Maurice Williams is you guys father correct?" They both nodded and spoke in unison. "Yeah, why you ask?" I looked down and took a deep breath. "I'm Jayson Michael Williams." They both looked at me confused. "Jeffrey Maurice Williams is my father too...... I'm your oldest brother."
