So much shit been going on I been in my own zone lately. Everything just been crazy, I'm just tryna push myself through it all.
Diamond is back to her old self. If you thought I was gone wall out on my family, you thought wrong. My father was old school, I learned the old school way about relationships. You don't leave cause it gets hard. Pray about it, grab her hand, and fight that devilish battle together as one.
"Somebody got a birthday coming soon." I walked backwards while holding Nova's hands as she walked towards me. "Daddys baby won't be daddy's baby soon." I let her hands go as she continues to come towards me. "She'll always be 'daddy's baby' Siah."
"It's crazy that almost a year ago we had the best, scariest moment of our life." Diamond sat up slowly on her own. "I know right, I couldn't sleep, eat, nothing. Just wanted my daughter to be okay. I don't want to go through that ever again Jo."
"So you don't want more kids?" Tears ran down Diamonds face. "Jo when Cam... When he did what he did... He came inside me." There was a knock on the door, then Jas walked in.
"The hell wrong with y'all?" I shook my head. "Nun sis, you good?" Nova walked to Jas with her arms raised up. "Yeapp, just came to get Auntie baby so we can go to the park with Uncle Jay, Zakai, Ursa, Navi, Maurice, and Cayla, Des might bring Miya." Jas picked up Nova and left out leaving the door open. "Thank you for shutting the door !!" I heard her laugh. "Your legs work Jo ! Use em !"
After shutting the door I placed my attention back on Diamond.
"Baby you pregnant?" She placed her face in her hands crying as she nodded.
At that moment, I can finally say I know what it feels like when someone says their heart dropped and shattered across the floor.
