You hesitate as you were nearing the entrance to the base. Your worst fear was that they would erase your memory once more. You take a step back but you then walk a few more steps forward.
"Man, I can't believe they ran out of that pecan pie!" You could hear Uvo's enraged voice. You smile as you heard it, it rushed back great memories.
"Relax Uvo. It wasn't really good anyway." Shalnark's voice was heard as well.
"She made great pies." Silence fell upon the conversation.
"Yeah. Remember the time we had that picnic and she surprised us with all those sweets?" Phinks sighs.
"Remember? Just thinking about it makes me hungry." Nobunaga laughs.
You could feel tears threatning to come out. You take in a deep breathe and put on a smile.
"How about I make you some right now?" You give out a small giggle.
