Lauren's POV

Our flight finally arrives. Camz gets us an Uber, and he takes us to our hotel that was an half an hour away from the airport and just a town over. It wasn't exactly a luxury hotel room, it was a normal, reasonable priced one. It has two beds and a bathroom, even though Camz and I are going to sleep in one bed. We planned all of this on the plane ride here. Since we had taken off at 9 a.m. and the flight was five and a half hours long, we had time to figure everything out. And it basically goes like this:

Today, I will go to Mrs. Moore's office after we eat lunch, which should be in about an hour. While I'm there Camila will go out and rent a car so that she can go out buy backpacks for the two of them as well as some pajamas. She will get them everything they might need when I get them back. Including toothbrushes, clothes, and other things having to do with hygiene. I'll probably be back late so while Camila can come and get me when I'm done and then we'll get dinner. We should get the girls back within the span of two to three days. So if/when we get them back we will come back to this hotel and clean the girls up and take them out to dinner. They'll sleep in the second bed until we leave the next morning. The morning I'm intending to leave is on Christmas Eve so everything will be busy, but when we get back Camila and my family will be out in California. And that's basically it. I'm really excited to get them back and be their...mom. It'll be weird but, boy, am I pumped. Especially since I have my little baby, Leah, to play with them. We brought her along on the trip as well and she's been nothing but an angel.

"Okay, babe, let's go get something to eat. They have a restaurant downstairs so we can just eat there while the Uber arrives." Camila says, putting down the luggage by the bed and reaching out to grab my hand. I follow her to the elevator and get it. We reach the first floor and Camila navigates me through the lobby to the small restaurant. It's Italian, by the looks of it.

We get our table and order what we want. Fifteen minutes later our food arrives and Camila immediately starts scarfing up all of her food. I give her the look and she almost all at once, stops and slows down. I eat my food and Camila eats hers while we talk about how excited we are for the girls to be back. Camila mainly talks about how she's planning on warming up to Dani because she says that she thinks Dani doesn't like her. So her experiment for the remainder of this year (only two weeks) is to form some sort of bond with Dani.

Once we finish, Camila pays and we head out to the Uber that was waiting for us. We get in and in less than 10 minutes we arrive to the social worker's office which was in the tall building before me. I give Camila a quick peck on the lips goodbye, grab my bag with all my paperwork in it, and exit the car, walking into the building. It's almost four in the afternoon so hopefully, Mrs. Moore is still here.

I walk inside to the lady sitting behind the counter, furiously typing away at the computer with a phone balanced between her ear and her shoulder. I stand there waiting for her to finish her call, but instead she just looks up at me and then points to a large sign with a list on it before continuing to type. So I go over to the sign and start to look for Mrs. Moore's name. Halfway down the list I find her:

Tara Moore Floor 8 Room 8-116

I go over to the elevators and wait patiently for it to come before getting inside of it and pressing the number eight. I arrive to the eighth floor, which, in reality, is just a giant office. There was a huge room with cubicles in the middle and along the sides of the room were actual offices for those in charge. Since on the sign it said that Mrs. Moore was in a room, I walk along the hallways surrounding the cubicles looking at the numbers on the doors of the office until I finally find 8-116.

Taking a deep breath, I knock on the door and wait for a response. "COME IN" I hear from inside the office, so I slowly open the door, hoping I didn't accidentally knock on the wrong door. Luckily, I walk in the find Mrs. Moore sitting there waiting for me to come in. "Ms. Jauregui, I was not expecting you until tomorrow. What a surprise! Look how you've changed! Please, sit." She waves me over with a smile on her face and points to the chair. I do as she says and sit down.
